Minimalistic décor, predominantly in tones of blue and yellow, evokes the spirit of sun-kissed skies and the calming embrace of the sea.



In the bedrooms, simplicity and comfort takes center stage. Crisp white linens adorn the beds, creating an inviting haven for rest and rejuvenation. Soft accents of blue and yellow in throw pillows or artwork add a touch of warmth and personality to the space. Natural light floods the rooms during the day, creating a serene retreat sensation.



As you step into the first floor, the refreshing sight of a sparkling pool greets you, inviting you to indulge in endless hours of sun-soaked leisure. Two thoughtfully appointed bedrooms grace this level – the first featuring a sumptuous king-sized bed and a shared full bathroom, while the second offers the perfect family setting with two queen-sized bunk beds and a single bed, along with its own private full bathroom. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge.



Conveniently located on this floor, you'll find a fully equipped laundry room, ensuring you have everything you need for an extended stay. A cozy sitting area completes the first floor, providing a quiet space to unwind after a day of exploration.

It is equipped with A/C and ceiling fans, smart TVs, high-speed internet, As a guest of this property, we also include complimentary amenities such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, shampoo, and soap. There are other bonus items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more! The property features a smart TV where guests can access their own streaming services, but cable service is not provided.



About the Area: Las Catalinas is located on a majestic 1,100-acre property, an architecturally unique Mediterranean Style Beach Town that is totally walkable and offers many on-site amenities such as an ocean view beach club, several restaurants, grocery store Copper & Stone, spa, gym, hotel, cafe, outdoor outfitter Pura Vida Ride, hiking and biking trails, and more! The beach is only a 1-minute walk from the property and is perfect for swimming, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding.



The parking lot for two cars is for free. Now parking at our property is autonomously and more environmentally friendly with a reusable card that you’ll receive upon arrival. If the card is not returned or missing, there will be a $50 USD replacement fee. Las Catalinas Beach Club, Daily Pass Options:



Beach Club Adult Pass: $30 USD + 13% VAT, with $15 redeemable in consumables. Access subject to availability.



Beach Club Child Pass (8 to 12 years): $15 USD + 13% VAT, with $10 redeemable in consumables. Children under 8 enjoy free entry with limited access. Access subject to availability.



Swim & Gym Pass: $20 USD + 13% VAT for access between 7 am and 10 am only. Perfect for early birds! Hours may vary, and access is limited and subject to availability.
