The Space:

With wooden ceiling beams, ceiling fans, clear stone floors, arched doorways, and pops of color, Highlights of this ground-floor unit include a private garden terrace with a plunge pool and a wooden pergola to relax while listening to the trickling fountain of La Plaza.



The bedroom has a king-size bed, a top-of-the-line mattress, lines, and a spacious closet. It offers you nature views and a lot of natural light. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge. The ample kitchen has a big island, and a stunning free-form edge dining table for eight, it includes all the appliances and utensils for you to cook at your ease. The living area has plenty of seating spots, a smart TV with internet access, and a Marshall Bluetooth speaker. It is a great space for entertaining or accommodating guests in the double-size sofa bed. There is also reliable high-speed internet and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. The property features a smart TV where guests can access their own streaming services, but cable service is not provided.

We want to welcome you with Costa Rican coffee and freshly made guacamole. As a guest of this vacation rental, we also include complimentary amenities such as coffee, coffee filters, creamer, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and shampoo/soap. The flat is FULLY stocked with other bonus items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more!!!



The parking lot for two cars is for free. Now parking at our property is autonomously and more environmentally friendly with a reusable card that you’ll receive upon arrival. If the card is not returned or missing, there will be a $50 USD replacement fee. Las Catalinas Beach Club Daily Pass Options:



Beach Club Adult Pass: $30 USD + 13% VAT, with $15 redeemable in consumables. Access subject to availability.



Beach Club Child Pass (8 to 12 years): $15 USD + 13% VAT, with $10 redeemable in consumables. Children under 8 enjoy free entry with limited access. Access subject to availability.



Swim & Gym Pass: $20 USD + 13% VAT for access between 7 am and 10 am only. Perfect for early birds! Hours may vary, and access is limited and subject to availability.
