The Space:

Breezy and bright, Casa de Surf is an ideal vacation home just minutes away from one of Guanacaste’s most beautiful beaches. This lofted condo, part of a gated complex, can accommodate families or parties of up to 5 guests. On the main floor, you’ll enter an open living area with 25-foot ceilings, shedding plenty of light throughout the property. This living space contains a lounge with a smart flat-screen TV, a granite breakfast bar for four, and an ample kitchen with complete amenities like a dishwasher and convection oven.



Overlooking the pool, the private balcony has a dining table for four, plus a large couch that’s perfect to settle into for bird watching. Family dinners are that much more enjoyable when you have versatile options to eat inside or outside!



Off of the main floor, you’ll find the first bedroom made up of two twin-size beds and an ensuite bathroom. From this room, you’ll have direct access to the pool-facing balcony. For an added touch of style, the king-sized bedroom is located in its own private loft. In this upstairs master suite, you’ll have an ensuite bathroom, large closets, and tranquil views of the surrounding landscape. This tucked away haven is completely shielded from view.

Getting Around:

Casa de Surf is accessible by car, and has complimentary parking on premises. The property is part of a small, gated complex with check-in at entrance and 24/7 security. If not arriving by car, our concierge can arrange transport to and from the Liberia (LIR) or San Jose (SJO) airports.



Other Things to Note:

As part of our standard booking process, guests are asked to choose between a $50 non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable $1,000 security deposit hold, released 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage.
