The well kept grounds offer the perfect photo ops with new vineyard and orchards. Plenty to do with a new pickleball court, pool table, fire pit and jacuzzi. Close to wine tasting, golfing, shopping and restaurants. Our newly renovated farmhouse comes equipped with everything you need for a weekend of entertainment and fun.

Renovated Farmhouse with four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. As you enter the home you’re greeted with breathtaking views of the vineyard and orchards. Home has a great open concept space with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating for lounging, dining and relaxing. Bedroom 1 has two sets of bunkbeds with full size mattresses, Bedroom 2 has king size bed, Bedroom 3 has king size bed and Bedroom 4 has queen size bed.

Vineyard:
Please enjoy the newly planted vineyard. Feel to explore the vines but please be gentle. Also we ask that you be careful when climbing up and down the stairs.

Pickleball:
Our newly built pickleball court includes racquets and balls for your enjoyment.

Jacuzzi:
Will be set at 90 degrees upon arrival. If you wish for it to be set higher before you arrive please notify us and can adjust. We ask that you set back to 90 degrees upon departure.

Our farmhouse is on a septic system:
Kindly follow instructions on property as water and toilet paper only are allowed in sinks and toilets.

Gate: We have a large automatic entry gate for car access to the property. Upon arrival we will give you the gate code to enter and the gate will automatically open for your vehicle upon exiting. Please do not hit the gate with your car or try to open manually.

Thermostat:
Please keep the thermostat at 69-77 degree median range for comfortable temp in all seasons. We kindly ask that you keep the doors and windows closed inside while running the AC.
