- Our home is in a rural area where wildlife and insects are common. While the property is regularly serviced and inspected, occasional encounters may occur indoors or outdoors. Please supervise children and pets, especially at night. Refunds will not be issued for such occurrences.
- This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Please note that pool heat is available at $150 per night.
- Hot tub heating is available for $75 per night, plus tax.
- Please note that a pack-n-play and high chair are available during your stay.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

A really great spot. Perfect for big groups. Lots of amenities. The property management company responded very quickly when we had any questions. I would definitely stay here again.

We paid for early check-in, but unfortunately, the experience started off poorly. Upon arrival, the pool and courtyard were filthy, and the front and back doors showed significant wood rot with chipped paint—creating a very poor first impression.We were initially unable to access the home due to an incorrect entry code, which was frustrating after traveling. Inside, the carpeted stairs were unsafe, as they were not properly secured and lifted when stepped on. Several window screens also had holes.Trash disposal was inconvenient, with no rolling trash cans provided—only a large dumpster located outside the gate. We were told to use a wagon to transport trash, which felt unreasonable.The home was also missing some basic items that would have made our stay more comfortable for a large group, such as additional hangers, a crock pot, an Instant Pot, and cooking tongs. The tennis court is in poor condition as well.The house inside is beautiful and the beds were very comfortable !!!That said, when we raised our concerns and no alternative properties were available, both AvantStay and Vrbo did work with us to address the issues, which we truly appreciated.

The Prop Mgr was great. What I have to say is that we were disappointed with the landscaping and cleanliness of the front part of the house. The motes were filled with black water and debris, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. I asked that it be cleaned before the guests arrived and they did do that. The area past the metal gate where the pool is really needs some TLC, there are a few plants and they look like they are dying. Also the front door needs to be replaced or at least painted, the paint is all chipped off, it really looks terrible.
