Spend the day by the private pool and waterfall-spa, unwind under the fruit trees, or enjoy a meal in one of 2 outdoor dining areas: one nestled under a slatted pergola and one poolside. The property also features an outdoor shower, propane fire pit, bocce ball court, and a private pickleball court, offering plenty of options for both relaxation and recreation. Above the property, there is a small deck with amazing views of sunset, fruit trees and rolling hills of wine country.

The main residence offers 6 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms, including a spacious primary suite with pool access, a sitting area, and a master bath with a clawfoot soaking tub. The chef's kitchen is equipped with professional-grade appliances, granite countertops, and a central island with prep sink, while two indoor dining areas plus pull up counter stools, provide ample space for entertaining. 3 dedicated desks will allow you to work from home and stay on vacation longer. The private home theater with wet bar, plus a converted garage with pool, ping pong, and arcade games ensure no shortage of fun.

The detached 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom casita is its own little oasis. A short walk from the main house offers proximity but privacy; it has a full kitchen, full living room and 3 separate built-in work from home stations. Outside, you'll find the casita has its own hot tub, lounge area, grill and covered outdoor dining area.
