AvantStay provides a personalized hospitality experience to elevate your stay. - We do not allow bookings that are less than 24 hours from check-in.
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Absolutely no exterior amplified music or there will be a $500 fine
- Pool/Spa heat is a paid feature and needs to be requested 48 hours in advance before the day of check-in.
- Pool with spa heat is just $400 per day, plus tax.
- SPA heat alone is $150 per day plus tax.
- Please note: Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (May - September).
- The pool and spa can only be run one at a time, not concurrently. In other words, the system can either be in "Pool Mode" or it can be in "Spa Mode." It cannot be in both modes at the same time.
- No events or parties are allowed at this property.
- This home has 3 sleeper sofas for additional sleeping options.
- All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, & 924).
- Please note that the jukebox is non-operational.
- Riverside county has a strict “no burn” civil code. All wood-burning fires throughout the property are strictly prohibited.
- The hot tub/spa/jacuzzi has a max temperature of 104° for safety reasons.
- Please note that we do not heat the in-ground spa prior to guest arrival.
- Please note that the slot machines are non-operational and are for decoration only.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. Beautiful home at a beautiful location

We stayed at this home for three nights and had an enjoyable and amazing experience. The highlight was the patio overlooking the valley and hills—it offered a serene spot for relaxation and morning coffee.There were a couple of issues during our stay. We noticed a rat in the master bedroom and a gap in the exit gate that posed a potential security concern. While the host wasn’t able to arrange full pest control—possibly due to scheduling constraints—they responded promptly by sending someone to place glue traps and dispatched a technician quickly to repair the gate.Trash disposal at checkout was slightly confusing, as we couldn’t locate bins within the property. However, the support team responded right away and guided us to external dumpsters, which resolved the issue.While there's some room for improvement in preparing the property before guest arrival, we appreciated the villa’s scenic setting and prompt customer support. Overall, a good stay with responsive hosting.

WOW!

First of all, the listing pictures don’t do it justice! My husband and I have traveled all over the world and rented many private homes. This property is in the top 3 for sure! We had 14 of us from out of state for our son's wedding in Temecula. The home couldn't have been more comfortable! Even the bed sheets and toiletries were top notch! The evenings around the fire table were priceless...view forever! I'm already trying to think of an excuse to go back...

We had a great time, property and view absolutely beautiful. We had couple of issues: Communal bathroom is not close to living room, kitchen area and did not lock. VRBO had told us hot tub is included in what we paid, but they said no and we had to pay an extra $264.00 The shower in cabana was not working well, Ruth super HOT or ice cold Thermostat for the cabana is only on 2nd floor You had to go up if you needed it changed The staff on management were very polite and responded to you right away. We will consider going back there again. NIAZ

Magical Weekend

Just loved it. Even with some tiny hiccups at the beginning, the AvantStay contacts promptly helped with any issues we had and were supportive all the way. Love them. The pool area is just perfect -- amazing views and we had a great time. Kitchen was terrifically stocked. Would book again. OH, and the koi pond is crazy! BEAUTIFUL and relaxing fish...who knew??

Enjoyed our stay, we did have to deal with ant infestations and mice could get in to the games room through the garage doors. Communication regarding pool and spa heat during the booking process and the week leading up to check in was not great from avant stay. Otherwise it is a beautiful home in a beautiful area.
