Begin and end each day of your Telluride adventure at beautiful Cimarron Lodge Unit 21, a cozy and comfortable space where you can relax and enjoy your vacation on your own terms. This fully remodeled two-story, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps up to four guests. With ski-in/ski-out access, easy entry to the River Trail, and a prime location at the base of Lift 7, it's the perfect base for your mountain getaway.

Unit 21 offers two shared decks—one on the first floor and another accessible from the primary bedroom on the second floor. Guests also have access to the complex's two hot tubs (please note: LIT does not manage hot tub closures, cleanings, or maintenance and cannot provide refunds for closures during your stay).

ENTRY LEVEL
Step inside to find Telluride comfort throughout. Wood floors run through the first level, which features an open living, kitchen, and dining space. The large sofa in the living area provides plenty of seating to watch a movie on the curved-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, ample cupboard and counter space, a raised bar for quick snacks or extra helpers, and everything needed to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. Gather around the round glass-top dining table that seats four, and enjoy meals together or casually. For added convenience, a stacked washer and dryer is available in-unit.

The guest bedroom, located on the first floor, features a queen bed, tall dresser, two nightstands, and a closet for all your belongings. Natural light fills the room through a window, and a nearby hall bathroom includes a tub/shower combo with sliding glass doors and a single-sink vanity.

UPPER LEVEL
A spiral staircase off the dining area leads to the second floor and the primary suite. This suite offers a king bed with upholstered headboard, nightstands, tall dresser, closet, and a makeup table with mirror. An electric fireplace provides extra warmth and ambiance during the winter months. A wall-mounted flat-screen TV offers private entertainment, while large windows and a glass panel door bring in abundant natural light. Step onto the massive shared balcony to enjoy outdoor relaxation and stunning ski area and mountain views. The ensuite bathroom features a tub/shower combo, a single-sink vanity with plenty of counter space, and a separate toilet room.

Unit 21 offers room for everyone to relax and enjoy a Telluride vacation their way. Whether you're skiing, exploring, or simply soaking in the mountain views, this condo provides comfort, style, and the perfect location just steps from the slopes, shops, dining, and the River Trail.

Fantastic place with an unbelievable location. 50 yards from the number 7 chair lift. Upon entering the unit, we were greeted with a nice bottle of wine along with a bag of gourmet coffee. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you might need make a nice meal. Also, unlike other places I have stayed, there was no need to go out and purchase basic condiments (salt and pepper, etc). The owners stayed in touch with us throughout the week to make sure everything was going ok and to make sure we weren't having any problems or issues.Great place! 5 Stars!

The unit was clean and well appointed. I would have like to know from the listing that it was on the third floor. That is a lot of stairs in ski boots. Overall, a great location for ski trip and a good experience.

Wonderful Townhome

We had a great week in this townhouse in Cimarron Lodge. The home was well laid out, immaculate and a great location along the stream. The property managers were wonderful! Easy walk into town. The only negative was all the flights of stairs to get into the unit, but once upstairs the views were beautiful. 😊

Telluride Ski Week 2024

The property was exactly as advertised. The unit was spotless when we entered. The unit looks to have been recently updated. Kitchen Aide appliances and kitchen well appointed. Everything we needed. Smart TVs. Location,location,location!! Down the steps, grab skis from provided locker and SHORT walk to Lift 7 At end of day ski directly down to Cimarron Lodge. There are steps but with locker no need to haul skis up and down. Steps were a non issue. Management company was very responsive to a requests and questions. We had trouble initially opening ski locker and a representative was there in 10 minutes (on Super Bowl Sunday) to resolve the issue. Parking garage was convenient for our rental car. Really no need for a car, short walk to grocery store and downtown for shops, restaurants and gondola to Mountain Village. Town Loop bus will also take you to and from. Would definitely stay here again if returning to Telluride.

We enjoyed our stay and the proximity to Lift 7. It would be even better if there was an intermediate run you could take down to Lift 7. The expert runs needed snow and Telluride Trail gets a little tedious. Accommodations were excellent. Very well kept and kitchen is well-equipped. Thanks!

Property manager was very responsive and answered all of our questions. Enjoyed our stay and close to everything parking garage was nice. Lots of stairs to get to the unit and upstairs bedroom. Not a problem for us, but could be an issue for others. Loved Telluride. Hope to return.

We came out to ski and booked this condo due to being ski in ski out. There is a garage parking for our Jeep. It was a short walk to down town. The condo had everything we need and we enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again!!

Property was perfect, location was perfect. My only issue was when asking property manager to help with hot tub issues, I received a copy of contract agreement rather than trying to fix the issue.

Nice condo with some quirks.

AT first glance the condo appears very nice, but there were things that were worn out that would make me choose a different location next time. The first floor bed has a huge dip on one side as if most people sleep in that bed alone and on that side, which made it extremely uncomfortable. The other person in the bed rolls into the person laying in the dip. There was no coffee pot and just pods. We brought our own coffee, but could not use it. All off the closets and cupboards were packed full so there was no room for us to put our things and we had to leave them out in bags and boxes on the floor and counters - - including the bedroom closet on the 1st floor. Was packed with things so nothing could be hung or put on the floor in the closet. The couch cushions are worn out and when you sit down the cushion slides to the edge and you slide off the couch. The trash can lid was broken so it would not stay closed and if you put any food or anything that smelled in there you had to put something on top of the lid so it would stay closed and you did not smell the trash.
