Riverside Condos A102 by AvantStay | Condo Close To Downtown, Town Park

This comfortable two-bedroom home is located on the San Miguel River just a short walk to Town Park and only a few blocks to Lift #8, the gondola and everything Telluride has to offer.

This is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom home located on the parking lot level of the A building at the Riverside complex. Its location only 4 steps down from the parking level paired with its one-story layout makes it easily accessible for guests.

Upon entering the home, guests are welcomed into a large living space with a living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room has plenty of light thanks to a large wall of windows with a sliding door leading to a private covered deck overlooking the San Miguel River. There is a gas fireplace, flatscreen TV with Roku and a DVD player, games, books and a queen sleeper sofa, too.

Adjacent to the living room is an open dining room that has seating for six with an additional three stools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is open to the entire living area, which makes it great for entertaining. It features granite counters, updated appliances, a microwave, toaster, blender, coffee-maker and everything needed to complete any meal.

Off the living area is a short hallway where both bedrooms are located. The master bedroom has a queen bed, flatscreen TV and views of the San Miguel River from a large window. The ensuite bathroom has an oversized tub/shower combination and a single vanity.

The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted into a king bed upon request, a flatscreen TV and a closet. The second bathroom is located off the hallway and has a step-in steam shower with a built-in seat and a single vanity.

Guests can enjoy wifi, a great location, and a ski locker located right outside of this home.

Downtown Telluride, the gondola, and Lift #8 are all within two short blocks of Riverside. Town Park is a stone's throw to the east, and the Bear Creek trailhead is just off the parking lot.

- Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

Great condo in Telluride!! Very clean and well furnished. Host was easy to communicate with. Just a few minute walk to the gondola. And beautiful views from the balcony. Would gladly stay here again!

Relaxation galore!

I haven’t visited Colorado in the summer for decades, and this place was perfect for relaxation as well as close to everything. The sound and view of the river was magical! Fishing, hiking, biking, restaurants, and shopping were literally so close and since we were at the end of the street, vehicle traffic was minimal. We hope to visit again soon!!

This place was absolutely perfect for us! We came for the bike park and were SO pleased with the location, cleanliness and communication. We had a question just after hours and they still were able to get back to us so promptly. Always makes you feel so much better knowing you can reach out for questions if needed. We would definitely stay here again if we come back. It wasn't fancy but it was clean and just perfect. Great hosts!

I just love this place
have stayed several times and always top notch. Love the location, balcony, fireplace, great kitchen set up
above and beyond most places. Easy to reserve and easy to check in. Great bathrooms. Just can’t say enough. Park and then walk every where you want to go.

Enjoyed it

Only complaints were the bed in the master was uncomfortably firm, and my husband and I found it difficult to get good sleep on. Also, the bottles of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner were pretty much all empty and hadn't been refilled before we arrived. But otherwise it was well stocked and comfortable, and we'd stay there again.

Great location and river view

This property is a bit dated and older. But it is clean, cozy and had a great location in town. Close to Main Street, gondolas, major trails and parks. Truly walking distance to everything! It has a beautiful view of the river and mountains. And the property management team was great! We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful spot on the river

We were blessed with the sound of the river and the Mountain View’s and Bear Creek Falls Trail was right outside our front door. The condo is so nice and the balcony overlooks the River and Mountains. Everything was in walking distance. Will def come back again.
