- Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates.
- Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm.
- The drains are very sensitive. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper.

Parking Details:
Only one car is allowed on-site. A parking pass will be provided.

A pack n' play travel crib and a high chair are available upon request.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

Really wonderful accommodations in a convenient location. A short walk to the town and gondola. Well maintained and clean with some modern upgrades in the bathrooms and a well-functioning kitchen. Excellent!

Great place, location, and service from the property managers. My only minor complaint is the comfort of the couch in the unit, and the lack of storage for ski and snowboard equipment. It seems the storage closet for equipment is exclusively used by condo owner. Minor details but well worth the stay.

Christmas trip to Telluride

The condo is perfectly located and easy to walk to everything in Telluride, including the gondola. The management company was fine...some miscommunication with what I think may have been an off shore help desk but the local contacts were very responsive and helpful. My complaints were that, even though this booking was expensive, there were VERY minimal amenities in the kitchens and bathrooms. No plastic wrap, no foil, no tupperware of any kind. Only one hair dryer for 3 bathrooms. The condo definitely could have been cleaner too. We'd definitely rent again for the space and location though!

We love the Riverside complex- so convenient to everything in Telluride. This property was very clean and appealing with recent renovations and well stocked. Great views of mountains and San Miguel river!

Great updated en-suite bathrooms. Heated floors. Bright space as it’s an end unit Some deficiencies- bedrooms do not have blackout shades , just some sub par shades 2 of 3 bedrooms had no dresser, just a clothes closet, so not great for a ski vacation. Common hot tub not very hot- no winter cover

The perfect spot

We absolutely loved this location! Our kids played in the river while we watched from the balcony and we walked around town every evening. It was steps away from bear creek trail. We felt so comfortable in this home that we wanted to stay for a month! Maybe next summer?! We have no complaints- only happy memories at this place! We can’t wait to go back to telluride and hopefully stay in this home again!

Amazing property!

The location is fantastic - on the southeast end of town, facing the San Miguel river. The unit is modern, well decorated, spacious, and the beds super comfy. The kitchen is well stocked. We loved watching people walk on the trail from the deck, and we were able to hop on the trail ourselves, for a nice morning run. The AvantStay team was super responsive when the lights went out, due to a power surge in town. Power was eventually restored. We absolutely loved our time at the condo and will stay again if we have the chance!

Could not have picked a better place

This was our 4th time visiting Telluride and first time renting through VRBO and I am so happy we did. We love to stay in the town versus on the mountain because there are so many great shops and restaurants in town. This apartment was so convenient to everything, including the gondola & the Oak street lift - just a short, manageable walk in your ski gear. No need to rent a car unless you plan to explore beyond Telluride. I can't say enough good things about the apartment itself. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms spacious, kitchen equipped with what you need to prepare breakfast and an easy dinner, washer-dryer in the unit, awesome views of the river, walking trail and mountains. We enjoyed watching everyone walk their dogs on the trail. Just a quick FYI - the signs are not clear where this unit is located. When you drive up the road it's the building on the right and. then when facing the building its the unit on the far right, 1 flight up the stairs. I was a bit disappointed when I called the management company for help finding it as well as if I could check in 30 minutes early - woman was not very helpful. But the rest of our trip was so amazing, I quickly forgot all about it. Definitely recommend this apartment!

West Elm Meets Telluride: 🙌 👏 5 STAR!

Sooooo good! Smack dab in the heart of Telluride, pressed up to the mountain (literally hiking paths active with people and their dogs) and walking distance to the famous gondola —- to walking access to downtown
 AND the design of this contemporary modern beautiful design of the condo, YOU CAN NOT GO WRONG! 😍😍😍 The condo certainly must have had to have been remodeled by someone who gets ‘interior design’. đŸ„° from the moment you walk in you can tell. Each extremely spacious bedroom head trendy furniture and lighting. Gorgeous bathrooms with heated floors, floating bathroom sinks with cool under accent lights, cool tile designs etc. The top level had such a great energy AND VIEWS sporting a lengthy modern built in fireplace, Article furniture etc. The kitchen was awesome too with a Beautiful kitchen table and lighting above it.. Condo is literally on the river as well so quick if you like to look out the windows up at the mountains or set on the patio balcony with a morning coffee and listen to the river and watch the walkers with their dogs. Can’t go wrong and it’s just zen. This hip and perfectly placed contemporary modern condo is amazing. Book it.

Optically a nice property but issues

We had to check in later because there were issues with previous people who rented. There was an on going leak in the bathroom that you would not notice when staying but it leaks into the unit below. The owner of the unit banged on the door and we agreed we wouldn’t use that bathroom anymore. He still came back again to talk about the problem. The walls are very thin and u can hear everything in the next unit and they would fall asleep with the tv on late at night which caused us to wake up at 3am. The property management was constantly txtg or calling so couldn’t really relax. The group I was with are in their 40s and 50s and it was annoying when mgmt would always respond “we have nothing but great reviews”. We were constantly dealing with something. I expected more considering the large amount of money we spent.

Great Location in Telluride

This was the perfect 3 bedroom property for our family. We've stayed in Mountain Village mostly, but decided to stay down in town...from now on we'll be staying in Telluride. 2 blocks from the Gondola and close to everything. Community hot tub was not advertised but much appreciated after skiing. Super clean property and very comfortable to hang out with family.
