Welcome to Rocky Road Hideaway, hosted by InvitedHome. This stunning four bedroom home offers the perfect blend of modern elegance and cozy alpine charm, ideal for families or groups seeking an unforgettable vacation.

The main floor boasts an open concept layout, seamlessly connecting the living room and kitchen, with a striking fireplace as the centerpiece creating a warm, inviting ambiance. The living area opens up to breathtaking, sweeping views of Dallas Peak, framing the rugged beauty of the San Juan Mountains through expansive windows. The gourmet kitchen, fully equipped with high-end appliances, flows effortlessly into the living space, making it ideal for preparing meals while staying connected with the group.

This thoughtfully designed home comfortably sleeps up to ten guests. Three of the bedrooms feature plush king beds, each with its own ensuite for ultimate privacy and convenience. The fourth bedroom is a spacious bunk room, equipped with two sets of bunk beds, sleeping four—perfect for kids or additional guests.

After a day on the slopes, unwind in the private hot tub, soaking in the crisp mountain air, or gather in the additional entertainment room for movie nights or games, ensuring fun for all.

- A short walk to ski to ski runs Marmot or Lower Galloping Goose, or Dial-a-Ride is available in Mountain Village.

WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 10 people.
- The maximum number of cars at the property is 4.
- Dial-A-Ride is also available for those who prefer heading into the Village.
- During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early.
- The fireplace in the main bedroom is not operational.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
- Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.
