Playful and grand, the lower level functions to serve all needs between the kitchenette, lounge around the fireplace, and pool table. Visiting families enjoy having both levels of this home loop around to provide ample space to allow the kiddos to roam downstairs while the adults relax upstairs.

- The maximum occupancy is 16 people.
- The maximum number of cars at the property is 2.
- Dial-A-Ride is also available for those who prefer heading into the Village.
- Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.
- Per HOA, the hot tub is no longer in working order.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
- Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.
