While your stay is designed to be private and seamless, we’re always close by should you need assistance.

We live in Placerville - just a short distance from Mountain Village - so if anything unexpected comes up, we can stop by to help when needed. Although we’re not available around the clock, we’re easily reachable during the day for any questions, local tips, or recommendations to help you make the most of your time in the mountains.

As part of the Telluride Ski Resort complex, it offers the perfect balance of mountain adventure and modern comfort - just a scenic gondola ride away from downtown Telluride.

SCENIC VIEWS
Nestled on a mountainside, Mountain Village provides sweeping views of the San Juan Mountains in every direction. Whether you’re on the slopes, dining in the village, or relaxing on a private balcony, the scenery is simply breathtaking.

SKIING AND SNOWBOARDING
Home to the renowned Telluride Ski Resort, the area features world-class slopes, groomed trails, and abundant opportunities for Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, snow biking, and backcountry touring for those seeking a little more adventure.

FESTIVALS AND MUSIC
Telluride is famous for its vibrant festival scene, hosting iconic events such as the Telluride Bluegrass Festival (June), Jazz Festival, Film Festival (August), and Blues & Brews (September). Mountain Village adds to the celebration with its Music on the Green series - a free outdoor concert held Friday evenings from May through September at Reflection Plaza. There’s nothing quite like enjoying live music surrounded by the peaks of the San Juans. And best of all, all of Telluride’s festivals are just a short gondola ride away.

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES
Summer in Mountain Village offers endless ways to explore the outdoors. Play a round at the Telluride Golf Course, or venture into the surrounding wilderness for hiking, mountain biking, rafting, kayaking, or tubing along the San Miguel River - which begins high in the San Juans and draws anglers hoping to catch fresh trout. Your stay will come with a Dial-A-Ride code. Dial-A-Ride is a point-to-point transportation service within Mountain Village, offering convenient rides directly to and from your doorstep.

Dial-A-Ride operates seven days a week during the winter and summer seasons (service is not available during spring and fall shoulder seasons). Hours of operation begin 30 minutes before gondola opening and continue 30 minutes after gondola closing.

This service is free of charge with the provided code; however, gratuity is appreciated.

THE GREAT ROOM & MAIN LEVEL
The expansive Great Room features vaulted ceilings, wooden beams, and a wood-burning fireplace, framed by floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Mt. Sneffels Wilderness for truly one-of-a-kind views. The open layout flows seamlessly into the dining area and sunken kitchen/bar, which boasts a gas fireplace, designer furnishings, and counter seating - creating a cozy yet spacious setting perfect for gatherings. Step onto the wraparound deck, where an outdoor fireplace and ample seating make al fresco dining an experience in itself. Also on this level: a powder room and a spacious guest suite with a king bed, en suite bath, and private outdoor space.

KITCHEN
Marvel in the newly renovated chef’s kitchen, overlooking the living and dining areas with direct access to the deck and large gas grill. Outfitted with state-of-the-art appliances, dual pantries, and two full-size refrigerators and dishwashers, this kitchen is designed for effortless entertainment. Whether hosting a buffet-style event or preparing a family dinner, you’ll find everything needed for a five-star culinary experience - from coffee and snacks to pantry staples, baking essentials, and spices.

PRIMARY SUITE & GUEST SUITES
The upper level hosts the primary suite and two guest suites, each with a private full bath and walk-in closet. One guest suite includes a kitchenette and a private staircase leading to the mudroom for added privacy. The primary suite offers a formal sitting area with a gas fireplace, and an expansive en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and steam shower - perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes. A dedicated office space provides an ideal setup for remote work.

MEDIA ROOM, GYM & SAUNA
On the lower level, relax in the media room featuring an 80-inch Smart TV, a large sectional, and a wet bar with a beverage fridge, ice maker, and dishwasher. Adjacent, you’ll find a multi-use gym/yoga room with weights, mats, a Peloton, and a rowing machine, plus a private European-style sauna (seating up to eight) and a steam room.

From this level, step directly onto the Bridges ski run, the true Mountain Village ski-in/ski-out homes luxury. A full laundry room and custom ski locker/mudroom connect directly to the outdoor hot tub and Bridges ski run access. A bunk room with four custom twin beds and a full bath provides the perfect hideaway for kids.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES
The home is equipped with central AC, in-floor radiant heat, automated lighting and sound, and brand-new custom furnishings throughout. A true ski-in/ski-out home in Mountain Village, the slopes of Telluride Ski Resort are just steps from your back door.

PARKING
Parking is available in the garage and driveway. While all-wheel drive (AWD) or 4WD vehicles with proper rated tires are a must in winter, the driveway is level, offering peace of mind during Telluride’s iconic snowstorms.

Getting around Mountain Village is easy and can be car-free. Guests have access to complimentary Dial-A-Ride service, which provides door-to-door transportation anywhere within Mountain Village. You’ll receive a unique access code before your stay to use this convenient service.

In addition, the free Gondola connects Mountain Village with Telluride, making it one of the only free public transportation gondolas in North America. The ride offers breathtaking views of the San Juan Mountains and is a favorite among locals and visitors alike - perfect for getting to and from the slopes, hiking trails, dining, or shopping.

Korth Cottage is located right next to Korth Vista Chalet. It can be reserved separately or added to your booking if your group exceeds 12 guests. The Cottage comfortably accommodates up to 4 people, bringing the combined total capacity to 16 guests.
