Be FIRST IN LINE with a stay in this freshly remodeled boutique home in downtown Telluride! Guests will be steps away from the free gondola, historic main street and numerous hiking trails! A stay in this 4bd/4.5bth home will have you catching early morning powder turns & afternoon happy hours with ease. Soak in the exterior hot tub or settle into a mountain mindset next to the fireplace. With sleeping for 8 & space to spread out over 4 levels, you will enjoy social gatherings and quiet corners.



THE SPACE:



Light and bright, the FIRST IN LINE house will set the stage for a memorable mountain experience. Your location on west Pacific Ave. places you directly in the heart of legendary Telluride and all of the magic that this mountain town has to offer! This 4 bed / 4.5 bath home is spread out over 4 levels allowing for large groups to gather in spacious common areas but find solitude when needed. The open living room and kitchen area provide fantastic social settings with observation lofts looking down from above. These glass railed lofts also have two twin XL beds. The two primary bedrooms have King beds with the third bedroom providing a Queen and the fourth bedroom has 2 XL twins that can be combined to make an additional King bed. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and the primary bathroom has a luxurious steam shower!

New technology throughout this freshly remodeled home include a SONOS sound system, large WIFI televisions and USB outlets.

Enjoy early morning sunshine from the east facing deck and watch the sun emerge over our iconic Ajax peak. There is private hot tub for guests that will ensure those long ski days or miles on the trails melt away each day!

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have access to one off-street parking spot and additional parking passes for on-street parking. Once you are settled, there is no need for a car with all of Telluride steps away! The free gondola station is a 1/2 block away and historic main street a block up the hill. The free galloping goose bus makes stops outside your front door and can take you anywhere in town with ease. The tranquil river trail is 24 steps to the south and will take you from your backdoor to the iconic Bridal Veil falls to the east or out onto the stunning valley floor to the west.

Chairlifts, gondolas, fine dining, quick dining, bakeries, gear shops, historic buildings, happy hour hangouts and hiking trails are ALL within steps of your front (and back) door!

This house is perfect for a group ski trip. Short walk to the main strip, and an even shorter walk to the gondola. The house was spotless when we arrived. Luke worked with us on an early check-in and a later check-out due to some flight issues.

Spectacular House in a PRIME location!

Everything was 5-star with this house. Luke's ad represents everything accurately, he communicates well, and the check-in & orientation link he's created is better than any other VRBO experience I've had. From the heated floors throughout the house, to the steam shower, to the comfortable beds, we couldn't have asked for much else. And the house is not even 2 blocks from the gondola and very convenient to walk anywhere. If we go back to Telluride, we're definitely staying here again. Thanks Luke!

Home away from home

This is our 7th year in telluride. This was our favorite place yet. We are going to book again for next year no doubt. Luke was awesome very responsive. The whole experience was first class.

Amazing Christmas vacation!

So much to say, but in summary this house is amazing. We were the first to stay after a complete remodel. It’s fabulous to say the least. Very high end EVERYTHING from kitchen, heated floors in master, very cozy beds, and very comfortable living spaces. Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The location is perfect. A 3 minute walk to ski and 5 minute walk to Colorado street where all the shops and restaurants are located. Luke, the property manager was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. We had some suggestions on a few missing items and the next day they were at the door step. I could go on and on. Our family for sure will be coming back!
