The Space:
A three-bedroom apartment in the iconic Bat Yam tower has two sun terraces overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and a panoramic window with breathtaking views. It is a very unique apartment, you will not find another in the area like it!
It has 3 large bedrooms, each with a quality double bed, and air conditioning. In addition, 3 bathrooms and 2 toilets.
The tower also offers a gym where guests can exercise while staying.
The apartment has ample open space, With a fully equipped kitchen.
The apartment has a sensational view of the sea from almost every corner of the house.
The apartment is furnished and equipped to the highest standard down to the last detail.
It has 2 large balconies, one from the living room and the other from the master bedroom.

The Neighborhood:
The building is located right on the Bat Yam promenade, a minute's walk from the beach.
The area is bustling with life, the Bat Yam promenade is full of restaurants, bars, shops of all kinds. Everything is super close and accessible and the location is just amazing and ideal for a holiday, to maximize the experience.
Getting Around:
Because the location of the apartment is the most attractive in the city, you can find a wide variety of public transportation to any area in Israel.
Everything is easy and terribly available.

2. Animals - It is forbidden to bring animals; our apartments are not suitable for this.
3. Smoking - Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. The apartment has a sunny terrace where you can smoke. Of course, while smoking, the cigarette must be put out and extinguished in an ashtray.
4. Parties - the apartments are not intended for mass events or celebrations of any kind.
5. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book this property. This age requirement is firm and applies to the primary guest making the reservation. Please ensure you meet this requirement before submitting your booking request.
