Welcome to our brand new deluxe apartment in the center of Holon.
This luxury building has been recently completed and meets all the new standards in terms of comfort and security. The apartment opens on a furnished balcony with an outstanding city view. Upon request we provide up to 2 private parking spots in the building, included in the rental price.
THE APARTMENT
The apartment is 110m2 large with about 20m2 of balcony. It features a large living space divided between a fully equipped open kitchen and living room
The living room has 3 sofas and is equipped with a flat screen smart TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large island that can accommodate comfortably 5 people.
The balcony has a comfortable sitting area and a dining table for 6 people.
.Bedroom 1: King size bed, XL closet with hangers, en suite full bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 2: Queen size bed and closet
Bedroom 3: 2 single beds and closet.
All the bedrooms have a city view and blinds for the windows.
Extra full bathroom with tub.
INCLUDED AMENITIES
- AC/heat unit in every area.
- Bed linens and towels provided for each guest.
- Washing machine and dryer in the apartment.
- Iron and board.
- Hi speed Wifi.
- Toiletries starter kit: shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and toilet paper.
- Cooking starter kit: Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Coffee, tea and sugar. Dish soap.
EXTRA SERVICES UPON REQUEST (prices incl. VAT)
- 2 Private parking spot: included in the booking. Please notify us in advance.
- Baby bathtub: 50 âȘ per stay.
- Pack 'n play: 100 âȘ per stay.
- Wooden crib: 500 âȘ per stay. Please notify us at least 24h in advance.
- Baby high chair: 50 âȘ per stay.
- Extra cleaning during stay: 80âȘ per hour+20âȘ transportation. 1 hour minimum.

The entire apartment is at your disposal for a pleasant stay.
Our team members do their best to be available for our guests, either in person, by email, phone or messages.
We will be happy to answer all your questions and provide recommendations for your stay. Our team members speak English, French, Hebrew, Russian and a bit of German and Danish.

PASSPORT AND VAT
- The main guest must present a copy of their passport at the time of the booking and prior entering the apartment.
- Israeli citizens are obliged, by law, to pay an extra 18% VAT of the total booking price.
- The main guest must submit a copy of a valid tourist visa, (the border pass, a blue slip that they will receive at the immigration authority upon arrival in Israel) in order to be exempted from paying VAT. This exemption applies only to people entering Israel on a B/2, B/3, B/4 visa or entering according to a special entry permit, such as diplomats.
- Tourists who fail to present a valid tourist visa will be charged an extra 18% VAT.
- VAT collection, when applicable, must take place before entering the property.
- The management reserve the right to deny entry to the property to a guest unable to present a valid border pass or unwilling to pay 18% VAT while mandatory. In such a case the standard cancelation policy will apply and the price of the booking will be due in full.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Holon is located in the suburbs, south of Tel Aviv. Lately is has become a hub for contemporary art, along with its neighboring suburb Bat Yam.
The apartment is located in the center, minutes away from the Design Museum of Holon, the Israel Pupet Center of Holon and the Israel Children Museum which offers guided tours.
The highway is near and, out of rush hours, it takes about 15 minutes to reach Jaffa and 25 minutes to reach Tel Aviv center by car.
The nearest beaches are 5 km away in Bat Yam.
GETTING AROUND
The easiest way to go around in Holon is to walk or take the bus.
Renting a car is a good option since we provide parking.
If you plan on using buses or trains, you'll need to purchase a RavKav card (available at the airport or in the train stations) and load some money on it using the RavKav app on your phone.
Lastly we recommend using the app Gett to order taxis when needed.
