The Space:
Welcome to our exquisite 3-bedroom duplex penthouse located at Frishman St 9, on the 5th floor with elevator access. This expansive 180sqm apartment boasts a large fully equipped American kitchen, ideal for cooking up delicious meals together. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom for added convenience. The second bedroom also offers a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while the third bedroom is furnished with a cozy queen-size bed. Additionally, there are two toilets, one in the master bedroom and another independent one. The living room is spacious and open, leading out to a beautiful terrace where you can unwind and soak in the views. Please note, there is construction work in Frishman Street, which may cause some noise disturbances.
** Please note that the building is currently undergoing façade restoration. This may cause some noise or visible work during your stay, but we are doing our best to minimize any inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding, and feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
