The best thing I can say about the property is the location. Very good, close to everything and very walkable to the beach area. But, there is a long line of BUT. The apartment itself it’s outdated, furnished with leftovers that had seen better days, WiFi very unreliable and tv that doesn’t connect, water heater even more unpredictable. I complained about water heater and TV but the company was very slow to respond and finally sent a gentleman who didn’t have a permanent solution and at the end stoped answering, so no TV ! Besides that the unit is located in a ground floor but not appropriate for people with disabilities since there is steps to get to the so called ground floor and a very tricky step at the entrance door. I wasn’t able to enjoy the balcony since there is a very locked and heavy metal grid. A trap in case of fire but as I late discovered some kind of protection from the guys who on Friday nights go around drunk from the bars of close Dizengoff St and urinate under the balcony. That’s also a different story: the stench of human urine along the street. And I don’t want to forget the construction site next door, dust, blasting noises and people shouting as 7 in the morning. Plus two heavy trash containers at the very entrance of the sidewalk of the building . Don’t bring a car because you will never find a parking spot…..The company in charge should be aware of all those hurdles and be sincere with guests. At some time I felt unsafe….
