Living Room: Spacious living room equipped with Smart TV, air conditioning, cable channels, internet, and 2 sofas. The living, dining, and kitchen areas are all one room, with an extendable table for 10 people. Direct access to the outdoor pool.

Kitchen: Equipped with various appliances, including: American fridge, stove, oven, microwave, 'Delta Q' capsule coffee machine, filter coffee machine, toaster, blender, dishwasher, and washing machine. Basic kitchen utensils provided.

Bedrooms: There are 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, all with individual sommier beds that can be joined to form a double bed. One bedroom is on the ground floor and the other 3 bedrooms are on the upper floor of the house, with three of them overlooking the pool. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower base. Both bedrooms have wardrobes. Bed linen is provided.

Bathrooms: There are a total of 3 bathrooms. Equipped with a shower base, hairdryer, washbasin, bidet, and toilet. Bath towels are provided.

Pool: Features a private pool. There is also an outdoor lounge area with sun loungers, dining table, chairs, and an outdoor shower.

Access: Two-story villa (access to the first floor only by stairs).

Parking: Public parking available (free).
