The Space:

Come unwind at our tastefully decorated, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located on the top floor of Building 2 at Ocean Pointe Suites.





This spacious 920 sqft. top floor apartment features:


- 1 KING bed in the master bedroom with flat screen TV;


- 2 TWIN beds in the guest bedroom

- 2 FULL Bathrooms with blow dryers;

- LIVING ROOM with a QUEEN PULL-OUT SOFA;


- DINING AREA for 6: with a table for 4 and 2 counter seats


- In-unit WASHER/DRYER;


- Fully equipped KITCHEN with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator;


- BALCONY with seating;


- All linens, beach and bath towels, bathroom essentials, kitchen utensils, plates, cookware, glasses are provided.

You don’t need to bring a thing!

And what do these visitors see?



Seascapes as colorful as any artist’s palette, colors of shimmering sea from turquoise to blue to deep green, landscapes of rustling pine, swaying palms, silver buttonwood and water-rooted mangrove, all vying for life under a horizon-to-horizon blue sky dotted with fleecy white clouds.

Beneath the tropical, cloud-flecked skies of the Florida Keys, today’s fishing and boating enthusiasts share the land and sea with the complex habitat of birds — great white herons, roseate spoonbills, ospreys and, at the water’s edge, wheeling gulls and swooping pelicans and cormorants bobbing like corks to feed on fish.

Take time for the dramatic sunsets. When the giant red ball of the sun plummets into the blue of the sea.

The Neighborhood:

On 60 acres in Key Largo, this beachfront resort is 10 miles from John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park and 1.7 miles from the Wild Bird Center. The Florida Keys is home to some of the best fishing, snorkeling and diving in the world. Key Largo's proximity to the Everglades also makes it a premier destination for kayakers and ecotourists. The drive to Key West is approximately 2 hours south and is remarkable! The Florida Keys offer a fantastic variety of restaurants, but with the bounty of fresh seafood available it's not surprising that the cuisine of the Keys is largely built around the catch of the day.



Getting Around:

A car is needed in the Florida Keys. Ocean Pointe is roughly 70 miles south of Miami International Airport and approximately a 2 hour drive to the Southern Most Point in Key West.

PETS AND SMOKING ARE PROHIBITED



Please respect our neighbors. Guest are asked to refrain from loud parties, no destructive behavior or drugs!!! If police are called to condo during your stay, you will be ask to leave and forfeit remaining rent. Renters are responsible for cleanliness of condo during your rental stay.



MARINA INFORMATION:



Advance reservations are required for all marina and trailer reservations. All marina and trailer reservations are handled by a separate entity. Reservations cannot be made upon arrival – all reservations must be made in advance.



The marina will accept boats up to 28 feet.



Ocean Pointe Suites Marina slip rentals are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. All boats are required to carry insurance ($300,000.00 Liability and $100,000.00 property damage) as mandated by Ocean Pointe at Key Largo Condominium Association. Proof of insurance is required upon making reservations. Boats not carrying the minimum required coverage will not be allowed onto property.



All jet powered watercraft (i.e. jet skis, jet boats, etc.) are strictly prohibited.

I love my home and want my guest to enjoy the Florida Keys as much as I do. I will graciously give recommendations for fishing charters, restaurants, things to do etc.
