The Space:

Our spacious and well-appointed condo in building 5 provides the perfect home away from home. Step onto your private balcony and soak in the mesmerizing views of the azure ocean and marina. This room features modern amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen, ensuring your stay is as convenient as it is enjoyable.



This 900 sqft 2BR Ocean View Suite features:

Perfectly located between Key Largo & Islamorada, near State Parks, popular waterfront restaurants, the best fishing, snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding and diving the world has to offer.



Guest Access:

Enjoy all the resort amenities from sun up to sun down including:

- Beach access from the property (beach chairs are provided)

- Loungers, umbrellas by the pool; towels in the condo

- Several charcoal BBQ stations throughout the property;

- 2 Parking spots per reservation

- On-site MARINA (up to 28ft boats). Slip rental is available for $4/ft/day and boat trailer parking is $40/day (free with slip rental). The Marina reservations need separate arrangements and ARE NOT guaranteed with accommodations reservations; depending on availability. Any Boat Slip/Marina reservations must be arranged separately with the dock master.



The Neighborhood:

On 60 acres in Key Largo, this beachfront resort is 10 miles from John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park and 1.7 miles from the Wild Bird Center. The Florida Keys is home to some of the best fishing, snorkeling and diving in the world. Key Largo's proximity to the Everglades also makes it a premier destination for kayakers and ecotourists. The drive to Key West is approximately 2 hours south and is remarkable! The Florida Keys offer a fantastic variety of restaurants, but with the bounty of fresh seafood available it's not surprising that the cuisine of the Keys is largely built around the catch of the day.



Getting Around:

A car is needed in the Florida Keys. Ocean Pointe is roughly 70 miles south of Miami International Airport and approximately a 2 hour drive to the Southern Most Point in Key West.

Please respect our neighbors. Guest are asked to refrain from loud parties, no destructive behavior or drugs!!! If police are called to condo during your stay, you will be ask to leave and forfeit remaining rent. Renters are responsible for cleanliness of condo during your rental stay.



MARINA INFORMATION:



Advance reservations are required for all marina and trailer reservations. All marina and trailer reservations are handled by a separate entity. Reservations cannot be made upon arrival – all reservations must be made in advance.



The marina will accept boats up to 28 feet.



Ocean Pointe Suites Marina slip rentals are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. All boats are required to carry insurance ($300,000.00 Liability and $100,000.00 property damage) as mandated by Ocean Pointe at Key Largo Condominium Association. Proof of insurance is required upon making reservations. Boats not carrying the minimum required coverage will not be allowed onto property.



All jet powered watercraft (i.e. jet skis, jet boats, etc.) are strictly prohibited.

I am available via email or phone if you have any questions or issues. I love the Florida Keys and will graciously give recommendations on things to do, places to eat and suggest some great boat captains, as well!
