The Space:

Ocean Pointe Suites is located directly on the Atlantic Ocean.

This unit is completely renovated and is located in the most desirable building. Featuring magnificent ocean views from the living room, kitchen, master bedroom and porch.



This unit offers 1 King bed in master bedroom, 1 Queen bed in guest bedroom, a pull out queen sofa, 400 thread count sheets, 2 bathrooms, 3 Smart TV's with cable and secure WIFI. There is also a completely stocked kitchen with all appliances.



Amenities include a heated swimming pool with pool bar, private sandy beach, private cocktail lounge, cafe, oceanfront marina with boat ramp and dockage for extra fee, lighted tennis courts and oceanfront gazebo, boat & trailer storage and more - all situated on 60 lush tropical acres.



Guest Access:

Enjoy all the resort amenities from sun up to sun down including:



- 24/7 Front Gate Security

- Beach access from the property (beach chairs are provided)

- Junior-Olympic-size outdoor pool and a 14-person Jacuzzi hot tub.

- Loungers, umbrellas by the pool; towels in the condo

The Marina reservations need separate arrangements and ARE NOT guaranteed with accommodations reservations; depending on availability. Any Boat Slip/Marina reservations must be arranged separately with the dockmaster



The Neighborhood:

Ocean Pointe Suites, nestled on 60 exclusive acres in South Key Largo, is gated and manned 24/7. This ocean side condo is only 10 miles from John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park and 1.7 miles from the Wild Bird Sanctuary. The Florida Keys is home to some of the best fishing, snorkeling and diving in the world. Key Largo's proximity to the everglades also makes it a premier destination for kayakers and ecotourists. The drive to Key West is approximately 2 hours south and is remarkable! The Florida Keys offer a fantastic variety restaurants, but with the bounty of fresh seafood available its not surprising that the cuisine of the keys is largely built around the catch of the day.



Getting Around:

A car is needed in the Florida Keys. Ocean Pointe is roughly 70 miles south of Miami International Airport and approximately a 2 hour drive to the Southern Most Point in Key West.

Please respect our neighbors. Guest are asked to refrain from loud parties, no destructive behavior or drugs!!! If police are called to condo during your stay, you will be ask to leave and forfeit remaining rent. Renters are responsible for cleanliness of condo during your rental stay.



MARINA INFORMATION:



Advance reservations are required for all marina and trailer reservations. All marina and trailer reservations are handled by a separate entity, First Service Residential. You must contact First Service Residential to reserve. Reservations cannot be made upon arrival – all reservations must be made in advance.



The marina will accept boats up to 28 feet.



Ocean Pointe Suites Marina slip rentals are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. All boats are required to carry insurance ($300,000.00 Liability and $100,000.00 property damage) as mandated by Ocean Pointe at Key Largo Condominium Association. Proof of insurance is required upon making reservations. Boats not carrying the minimum required coverage will not be allowed onto property.



All jet powered watercraft (i.e. jet skis, jet boats, etc.) are strictly prohibited.
