Family Fun in the Sun!

Our spacious home is perfect for families. It's fully fenced, has lots of toys, a great trampoline (with sun shade), a set of monkey bars with a slide, and is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac!

The open plan kitchen / dining / lounge area is super roomy and has both a gas fire and a heat pump, with the dining area opening out onto the patio, which has an automated awning to provide some shade in summer, perfect for making use of the Weber Q gas bbq (we'll leave the instructions out!)

The kitchen is well equipped with appliances and such, and the pantry is usually quite well stocked with basics so if you haven't brought your cinnamon or your pepper then you might be in luck!

The TV has Chromecast and we'll give you the WiFi code so you can stream your usual shows if you like. Alternatively it has freeview tuned in and also a DVD player with a small number of mostly kids DVDs.

The four bedrooms have a ducted central heat pump to keep them warm in winter and cool in summer. The large master bedroom has an ensuite with shower while the other three share the main bathroom which has a bath and a separate shower.

Being in Tauranga we not only have an amazing climate but we're also within 15 or 20 minutes drive of Mount Maunganui and Papamoa, which means you're close to some of the best beaches and walks in the country.

We normally live in this house, but we're keen to let it out for 5 or more nights at a time over selected periods so we can go visit other places. We therefore prefer bookings well in advance, but we'll consider any genuine enquiry. This is a family home on a quiet street so please no parties or drunken behaviour.
