Sea Dream is a magnificent villa with spectacular views. The villa was designed by award-winning Swiss architect Michele Rondelli.



Upon entering through the main door, an impressive view of the ocean between the two "cubes" of the villa welcomes you. The villa's design was conceived as a "cube" for living and a "cube" for sleeping. From the entrance, turning left, you access a living-dining area of 60 square meters with impressive 6-meter-high windows. The Atlantic extends infinitely to the horizon.



We access an open kitchen with a large American-style refrigerator with an ice dispenser and a fully equipped island for cooking. This, combined with a dining table for 8 people and a cozy living area with a fireplace and large flat-screen TV, makes this space the perfect place for a relaxed stay.



Leaning against the wall, a ladder leads to a semi-open gallery. A corner of retreat to read or, if necessary, work a little. From this gallery, which overlooks the living room, you can also enjoy impressive views of the ocean. Additionally, this room has a large flat-screen TV with PlayStation 4, numerous board games, DVDs, and books. If the house is occupied by eight people, two adults can comfortably sleep here, in a private space with a king-size bed (1.8 x 2.0 meters).



Through a back door in the kitchen, you can access a spacious storage room that includes an additional refrigerator-freezer. The technical room with washer and dryer is adjacent to this space.



The large sliding glass doors of the living room open to the spacious first terrace, where you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets – perhaps with a glass of champagne in hand?



With a bit of luck, you could see a pair of seagulls gliding, a flock of storks, or even spot dolphins or a whale crossing the sea.



Going down a few steps to the right from the entrance, you will find two more bedrooms (each 21 square meters), both with en-suite bathroom with rain shower and individual terrace. Upon opening your eyes in the morning, once again, you will see the ocean. Both rooms have a king-size bed and built-in closet. On this floor, there is also a guest bathroom.



At the top level, we find a main suite of 45 m². It features a walk-in closet, perfect for taking the time to choose the day's outfit. This spacious suite is completed with a king-size bed and a sitting area. From here, through a sliding glass door, access is gained to a spacious covered balcony. The turquoise ocean shines from every corner. This balcony can also be accessed from the en-suite bathroom, which features a freestanding bathtub and an enormous floor-level shower.



The beach is located just 300 meters from the villa.



This garden property with palm trees is located on a slight slope, offering multiple spaces to relax.



There is a heated saltwater pool measuring 9x5 meters, surrounded by 100 m² of wooden decking with luxurious sun loungers, ideal for sunbathing. We also find a shaded cabin, a semi-open beach shelter with a thatched roof, equipped with a small kitchen and a Weber barbecue. An outdoor shower and a bathroom complete this relaxation area. It can be used all year round. Its activation involves an additional cost of 350 €, and for stays longer than 7 nights, a supplement of 50 € will be applied for each additional night. It is necessary to request this service in advance to guarantee its availability.



Hidden in the lower part of the garden, an outdoor jacuzzi crowns the charms of this wonderful villa. During the day with magnificent views of Cape Trafalgar and at night under the impressive starry sky of Andalusia.



Atlanterra is a jewel located next to the charming and ancient fishing village of Zahara de los Atunes, on the Costa de la Luz. Spending time here is an exceptional experience, thanks to the authentic atmosphere of this coast, with space to relax and dream.

Paradise with a view!

Our family of 5 plus my in laws stayed at this beautiful home. Everything was perfect. The rooms were all very clean and each had amazing views. Outdoor space was perfect for our large group. We had dinner every night outside and watched the best sunsets I have ever seen. The beach is short 10 minute walk and the town is just 10-15 minutes by car. We did day trips to Seville, Malaga, Ronda and Gibraltar.

Fantastic week in Zahara at Villa Sueno del Mar

We spend a week at Sueno del Mar in July 2016. The villa is perched up on a hill top over looking beach. The villa is nicely furnished; modern, clean and well laid out. The views of the sea all the rooms are gorgeous, especially from the master bedroom. Our favorite time of the ay was sunset...watching the sunset with a glass of wine. The pool area was relaxing with plenty of space to taking in the sun or relax under the shaded area. The Villa is about a drive to town, and a 5 min walk to the beach (and a 10 min walk up a steep hill, good exercise but would easier to drive down if your with young children). Ingo and the team at Zahara Villa were very helpful and well organized. There office is on the way to town so it is easy to pop in if you have any questions about the Villa, etc. The village of Zahara is about 10 mins drive from the house and 5 mins walk form the main beaches with some good restaurants and shops. Zahara is a filled with mostly Spaniards enjoying their summer holiday. Overall we had a fantastic week and hope to be back soon!

Magnifique villa avec une vue imprenable. Très confortable avec beaucoup d Espace. Bien entretenue. Nous sommes partis fin octobre début novembre,-il faisait bon. Mais tout les restaurants et boutiques sont fermés. Il y a également beaucoup de travaux pendant cette période.

Sueno de Mar ist wirklich ein Traum

Wir waren 1 Woche inder Villa und haben die Zeit sehr genossen.Die Villa präsentiert sich wirklich wie auf den Fotos im Internet. Alles sehr gepflegt mit Liebe zum Detail hergerichtet, inklusive Umschwung und Pool Area. Die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig und die Aussicht auf das Meer mit den Sonnenuntergängen ist atemberaubend. Einen besonderen Dank an das Team von Zahara Villas, welches sehr gut und kompetent kommuniziert hat. Wir haben uns stets gut aufgehoben gefühlt.Alles in allem ein super schöner Urlaub, der jeden Euro Wert war.Herzlichen Dank.

La ubicación. Las almohadas son de hotel de 1*. La mesa del comedor necesita un rebarnizado , se te pegan las manos a la mesa, la rotura de una mampara de ducha unas semanas antes de nuestra llegada no fue anunciada, había pequeños trozos de cristales en el suelo, y en las bisagras de la mampara. Las colchonetas de las tumbonas en la piscina habría que cambiarlas. Habría que avisar cuando van a ir los jardineros y limpiadores de piscina, llegan sin avisar y puede ser incomodo.

Das Haus hat voll und ganz unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Die Lage ist einfach nur als traumhaft zu bezeichnen. Morgens aufzuwachen mit dem wunderbaren Blick auf den Atlantik und den Abend ausklingen zu lassen mit einem traumhaften Sonnenuntergang, was will man mehr? Traumhafte Villa in grandioser Lage

Tolle Villa, keine Wünsche offen! Am meisten genossen haben wir den Pool sowie den grandiosen Ausblick auf die Bucht. Sowohl in dem beheizten Pool als auch im Atlantik konnten wir Ende Oktober noch gut baden. Der Strand ist traumhaft und - zumindest im Herbst - nahezu menschenleer. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur Zahara Villas war reibungslos und sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben unsere Ferienwoche in der Villa Sueño de Mar sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr in einer ruhigen Bucht gelegen und erfüllt gehobene Ansprüche an Architektur und Ausstattung. Das direkt angrenzende Hinterland bietet schöne Spaziergänge und Joggingrunden ebenfalls mit Meersicht. Wir können die Villa nur empfehlen.

Wonderful stay with our family in Sueno de Mar

This property is absolutely stunning. Its views of the ocean are out of this world and we loved waking up each morning to the sounds of the waves crashing on the beach. Each room makes the most of this view too although we spent little time indoors. A good location with many places to visit and explore. The local town, Zahara de los Atunes was a nice place to wander around with lots of boutique shops and a great choice of restaurants, catering to all tastes. The property management company were always there if required and wanted to make sure you had the holiday you wished for. The pool is a good size and very inviting and can be illuminated for an evening swim. On the same level, there is also a lovely shaded area with a barbecue and fridge, so we spent many happy evenings down there followed by a visit to the jacuzzi. The whole place is finished to a very high standard. We only stayed a week and at the end of the holiday wished we had arranged to spend longer in this delightful place. Already on our list of places to return to.

wir haben herrliche Tage in diesem außergewöhnlichen Haus verbracht. Die Lage ist fantastisch - freier Blick über den Atlantik, angrenzend an unbebaute Naturlandschaft, die zum Wandern einlädt. Das Haus perfekt - sehr modern und dennoch gemütlich bewohnbar. Perfekt und großzügig ausgestattete Küche, fantasievolle Kinderempore, wunderbare Schlafzimmer mit Blick auf das Meer... Traumhafte Aussicht

Wir verbrachte eine wundervolle Zeit im prachtvollen Haus in Zahara de los Atunes. Das Haus war einfach der Hammer! Es fehlte an nichts und die Aussicht auf den Atlantik war atemberaubend. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man zu Fuss den menschenleeren Sandstrand. Leider war das kristallklare Wassen zu dieser Jahreszeit etwas kühl. Umso schöner war dann der riesige, beheitzte Pool und der Jacuzzi, in dem wir allabendlich mit einem Glas Wein den Sonnenuntergang genossen. Einfach perfekt!!

Absolutely stunning villa, amazing views

We worked with the great people at Zahara Villas to choose a house for for a holiday of more than two weeks. We love modern, so this place seemed a perfect fit. About a ten minute drive from the village of Zahara de los Atunes, this is a luxurious area and has an absolutely pristine beach (Playa de los Alemanes). While the villa is located a few streets back from the beach itself, you have a lot of privacy and a bit removed from the weekend beach visitors... the walk down is easy, the walk back up less easy. There's a covered area with room for two cars and enough space for another car in a pinch. The property is fenced with a remote controlled gate for entry. The design of villa is superb, effectively two connected cubes... one cube hosting the double height living room, kitchen, and loft area... the other cube featuring two bedrooms on the bottom floor and the master suite on the top. What you have is three bedrooms with stunning views of the sea, all with modern bathing areas. This allows sleeping for 6 people, while the loft over the kitchen can sleep another 1 or 2, albeit without a bath area. Our son actually preferred the loft to a bedroom! The kitchen and living room are very comfortable and well appointed... many villa rentals are stocked with low cost items (furniture, glassware, cookware), but the owner of Sueno del Mar has invested wisely and everything is good quality - a really nice surprise. Like the bedrooms, views from the living room and kitchen are superb. There's also a flat panel television with built-in Netflix as well as satellite, a nice touch for movie nights. While there is often a strong breeze, summers can be quite warm. Thankfully, the air conditioning can be separately controlled for each room. Each of the rooms has a terrace area, again with great views and very relaxing. The garden is terraced, with a few steps down to the swimming area. Plenty of sun lounges on the deck surround a large pool (heating is an option)... and best of all a dining and barbecue area with a straw roof - very cool. There's even a toilet and outdoor shower, very convenient so no mess in the house. And if you venture further, you'll find another set of stairs leading to a hot tub. All areas have fabulous views, amazing at sunset. We loved this villa and slept very well. The owner clearly has great taste and the people at Zahara Villas responded immediately to any questions or small problems. Highly Recommended.

Una casa inundada de vistas

Alquilamos Sueño de mar durante una semana. Lo cierto es que la casa, al natural, es aun mejor que en las fotografías. Es fantástica. Cuidada hasta en los más pequeños detalles: repleta de vajilla, cristalería, cubertería, menaje de cocina; los cuartos de baño son fantásticos (el de la habitación principal es maravilloso: ducharte viendo el mar no tiene precio); la sala de juegos; las camas son soberbias... y el exterior, un 10 sobre 10. La zona de la piscina y de chill out está diseñada para beberte las horas sin apartar los ojos del mar. Se puede bajar andando a la playa, aunque la subida es dura, pero recomiendo, ya que hay que trabajarse el camino, la playa del Cañuelo, un paraíso. Solo mejoraría la barbacoa (la que hay es pequeña, inestable, merced al viento, poco aconsejable) y las escaleras para bajar al jacuzzi. La agencia es muy profesional, nos solucionaron un problema con rapidez. Estupendo todo. Volveremos.

Vacaciones estupendas en una casa impresionante

Sueño de mar es una casa maravillosa donde se respira tranquilidad, con unas vistas estupendas y una situación inmejorable. Tiene todas las cosas que puedas necesitar para pasar las vacaciones de tu vida en esta tierra que enamora, Cádiz.

Stunning holidays

We spent wonderful days in this villa! Pictures on the website did not lie; the villa is situated in a quiet, refreshing surrounding with a breathtaking view! The modern building is well furnished and comfortable, its decoration creates a lovely and enjoying atmosphere. The house facilities were clean and of high quality. In addition to that, Zahara Villas provided us with perfect service - the team was very friendly and helpful! As the name of the villa says: Our dream (of holidays) has come true! We hope to be back one day....

Amazing property

I almost don't want to write a good review as I don't want to share it 😄 The property is even better than the photographs. Location is amazing , decor beautiful , beds comfortable, house impeccably clean. The agency Zahara Villas is amazing , professional, efficient and friendly, Tony is superb. They made the house even better. Just a small suggestion the WIFI could be more stable and faster but it was good most of the time The house was worth every cent and we hope to come back soon.
