Pros: -Quiet neighborhood on the end of a cul-de-sac. perfect for two people and would be OK but crowded for a family of 4 or two couples. There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a small living area, a kitchen and laundry room with washer and dryer, also a large fenced back yard. -The house was clean. The kitchen is very well supplied. There is a drip coffee maker with filter baskets provided. -Large closets in the bedrooms with many plastic tubs with spare blankets, pillows, linens and towels. -Dog friendly with a dog door, a dog pad and dog blankets provided. -Good wifi service and Vizio WatchFree, but no local live channels Cons: -no security system. -The house has radiant floor heating but it is not operating and there are no instructions. -One wall mounted heating/cooling unit in the living area which worked fine to heat the living room but did nothing for the bedrooms. It is slow in responding. -There is no heat in the bedrooms or bathrooms. No air conditioning. There are several electric fans. -The window covering are marginal at best. Roll down rattan shades which are in disrepair and hard to use, plus very frustrating curtains on ring rods. -There is no water circulation system so it takes several minutes to get hot water in either bathroom-There are no ventilation fans in the bathrooms. -The backyard is a mess and needs to be cleaned up; there are rocks and tarps lying around and no recent cleanup.

When we arrived to the property, we weren't sure about the area but this ended up being a perfect location. We were very close to the main highway that goes through town, close to Smith's grocery and is actually walking distance to great shopping or looking!! The house is designed with split bedrooms and open concept in the center for much family fun, cooking and visiting! The beds were very comfy. Don't buy coffee filters, there are plenty. Pick up ground coffee...there is no Keurig. Spices on hand include salt, pepper and garlic. I picked up washing pods but there were some already available including dryer sheets and dishwashing pods. The only negatives were the bed pillows. The were all very hard and uncomfortable to me. Others may like them but it would be nice to have a choice. When we first got there, there was a bug on the counter but found no more. The back yard seemed a little overgrown in the back of the property but my pup didn't go that far back. With the few things that were negatives to me, I would easily give this a 4.5 rating. Would i stay here again?? ABSOLUTELY!!!
