Fueled by adventure and ready to relax, head back to your retreat where the updated interior provides a comfortable space to spend time as a family. Adorned with mementos of mountainside living, the spacious living room is adorned with soft seating, a large TV, and a wood-burning fireplace.
In the adjacent kitchen, whip up delicious dishes while utilizing the suite of stainless steel appliances and gleaming countertops. When you want to escalate your cooking, head out on the balcony and fire up the provided gas grill.
The bedrooms come complete with warm wood accents, soft quilts, and cool air - thanks to the home's central air-conditioning. Take a quick nap to rejuvenate yourself, or head downstairs and engage in some playful competition over a game of pool or foosball. Additional interior perks include a separate bar, a private washer/dryer, and a soaking tub.

All guests must complete and return the required registration paperwork at least 48 hours before check-in. Guests are also required to supply a copy of their Identification for all members in the rental party that are at or over the age of 18 by 12:00pm EST on the day prior to arrival failure to complete the registration process will result in cancelation of the reservation.
All guests shall abide by Vacasaâs good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
