☀ Ski Access – Park conveniently at the house and take the ski lift from the community straight to Camelback Mountain. Lift passes must be purchased directly through Camelback.

☀ Quiet Hours – Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect community guidelines.

☀ Parking – Street parking is available in front of the house for up to 2 vehicles, with an overflow lot available for additional vehicles. There are no designated spaces.

☀ Guest Registration – All guests and vehicles must be registered with the community prior to check-in.

☀ Access – Guests will receive a smart lock code before check-in for seamless entry.


🔒 Security Deposit Option – To help protect our home while keeping cleaning fees low, we offer two options:

• A non-refundable damage waiver is automatically included in your booking and covers up to $1,000 in accidental damage

OR (optional):

• A $1,000 refundable security deposit, fully returned after your stay if no damage occurs

👉 You do not need to do anything — the damage waiver is already included in your booking.
👉 If you prefer the refundable deposit instead, just message us after booking and we’ll switch it for you.
