Unit 409 Getaway to a Hidden Gem Studio - COMFY MATTRESS! This unit has a unique view and living area arrangement. KING BED with Foam Mattress (true comfort) and a full size SLEEPER SOFA w/gel mattress! Plus dining area for (4), plus sofa chair. Coffee maker, Mid- Size fridge and microwave and stove to cook. This space has been updated to be peaceful and comfortable. Balcony is spacious with patio furniture to sit and enjoy the view.

Please view photos. You get a sunrise right from your room! Jet skies, ships, boats all passing by from all sides of the building. You can watch the mangroves, manatees, dolphins, sail boats, fishing boats, kayaking, paddle boarding, beautiful catamarans and pontoons peacefully riding by :) Make sure to wave! Witness all the Wildlife and Florida living all from our patio. The unit is a short walk to the pool, laundry mat is downstairs and the restaurants are about 1-2 mins away, Tiki Bar by the beach (live music daily for a couple of hours) and a full bar by the canal as well. Very easy to have a chill vacay here.

Climate Control: The unit includes both air conditioning and heating, ensuring comfort throughout the year.

Kayaking: Paddle over to E.G. Simmons State Park, only 7 minutes away, for some kayaking adventures. We are not responsible for third-party services or pricing, though, so double-check with them before you go!

Easy Check-In: No stress, no hassle! You’ll get a keypad access code on check-in day, and your parking and pool passes will be waiting for you in the unit.

Beach Closures: The beach is open year-round, but natural occurrences like red tide, hurricanes, or water bacteria may cause temporary closures. We are not responsible for any beach closures. In the rare event of a closure, we recommend visiting other local beaches like St. Pete, Sarasota, Bradenton, or Clearwater. We do not offer reimbursements, discounts, or waive cancellation policies due to beach closures.

Pool Hours: Pools are heated during the winter and open year-round during daylight hours only. We are not responsible for closures due to emergencies, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Pet Policy: Only dogs are allowed (maximum of two) in pet-friendly units. A pet fee applies, and the pet policy must be followed. Please let us know if you plan to bring a pet.

Golf Cart & Kayak Rentals: Golf cart rentals are available through a third-party vendor. We are not responsible for third-party rentals, pricing, availability, or closures. Kayaking is available at nearby E.G. Simmons State Park, and we are not responsible for third-party services or pricing.
Parking: Free parking for guests at The Inn with a parking pass we provide. Beachfront parking is available (pay to park).

Unit Condition on Check-In: Guests must walk through the unit upon check-in and contact us immediately if they are not satisfied with the property. We reserve the right to send maintenance or housekeeping to address any concerns and make it right. If a guest is not happy with the property upon arrival and wishes to cancel, we will issue a full reimbursement only if the guest does not stay in the unit. No reimbursements will be issued if the guest stays and does not report dissatisfaction upon check-in.

Self-Serve Homes: Our homes are self-serve, and guests are advised to bring their own consumables. What do we provide? We provide towels, linens, a fully equipped kitchen, all furnishings, utilities, free Wi-Fi, free parking, and access to all amenities. Additionally, our cleaning crew leaves two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, one paper towel roll in the kitchen, three trash bags, dish detergent, one sponge, hand soaps, travel-sized shampoo and conditioner, and two coffee packs.

Overall property was in a great location for us. Property was well stocked with essentials. Would definitely would stay again when in that area. Only thing the property needs in new drapes, Trying to get them to close all the way was hard and the patio light shined in all night.

The inside was very clean and tidy. Our host Carmen was very accessible if needed. The resort property was clean and not crowded which made the stay a little more enjoyable (which is why we get away). I will definitely be visiting again.

The property was updated this year. Very modern, clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Location was perfect for getting to every location we wanted to visit. The resort was beautiful and the beach was clean and directly across from our room. Updated room with very comfortable bed. Only thing I would suggest is a ceiling fan. Otherwise perfect. Thank you Carmen for making our visit very enjoyable.

Off Week Maybe?

The check in and out was super easy. The room was clean and cute and put together but but really needed a deep clean. The floors had visible stains where they just needed a good mopping and the grout could use attention. The patio, which is a big selling point, could really use some love! We spent much time out there as we are from Michigan and just wanted to feel the warm weather and watch the dolphins come in at night and it also had stained floors, the chairs don’t match and if it’s a four person availability it needs four chairs and a CLEAN table. THE POOL 🙄 they were closed our entire stay by the health department we were told due to the fact that they were green and unsafe! Taped off like a crime scene! Never found a weight room, was told they are building one now. The beach, ugh đŸ˜© please groom the beach! It would be an amazing way to make up for everything but it was full of debris like weeds and ocean grass. Not just a little either, weeks and weeks worth! I truly hope this review helps the owners step it up. This is really a nice place and I know times are tough with finding good employees.

Nice property, mediocre unit

The view from the balcony was fantastic - dolphins daily. The unit itself though was dirty, very poorly maintained and under supplied for a stay over a few days. Very disappointing.
