The studio was fully remodeled and decorated for comfort and a fresh beach feel. We have a microwave, Keurig, toaster, blender and mini fridge. The unit also has a 2 seat dining table, large dresser, closet, smart tv, full bath and two queen beds. The balcony has a gorgeous waterfront view and has two chairs and small table to enjoy the outdoors. We also provide a blow dryer, ironing board and iron.

Please view photos. The building is located right in front of the bay , steps from the beach, pools and restaurants. The canal water is calm, you can watch the mangroves, manatees, dolphins, sail boats, fishing boats, kayaking, paddle boarding, beautiful catamarans and pontoons peacefully riding by :) then head down to the giant Pier to get a photo at the Pier at Sunset. A must!

Tiki Bar by the beach (live music daily for a couple of hours) and a full bar by the canal as well. Very easy to have a chill vacay here.

We allow Instant Bookings and our guests can easily check in using our self check in process. No need to meet anyone. Want to explore our Tampa Bay beaches? Pack your car, load the beach gear and head to Sarasota beaches, Bradenton beaches, Saint Pete Beach or Clearwater Beach! It's worth the drive, plan to stay the whole day! There is so much to do! Then come back to our peaceful community and enjoy the quiet, traffic free life at the end of the day.

Want to enjoy Tampa Bay but also visit Disney? Make the drive! It's worth it! Our homes are large and cozy for families, hard to find a deal like this near Disney. Many families book here and drive to Orlando. Here is a secret, Orlando doesn't have the nice beaches we have :) Stay here and drive to Disney for the day! That is the best way to get the best of both worlds! Tropical beach days and Mickey Mouse ears! After all, you already are in Florida! Make the best of it!

FAQ's:

1: This studio is across the street from Beach, Restaurants, Tennis Courts, Fitness center, Pools, Fishing Pier and so much more! Golf Cart rentals available through third party vendor.

2: 1 minute peaceful walk through the community down to the private beach, restaurants and amenities.

3: We offer cots, high chairs, Pack N Play, baby gates and Grill rentals (when available)

4: Our homes are SELF-SERVE, guests are advised to bring their own consumables. What do we provide? We provide towels, linens, a fully equipped kitchen and all furnishings. Utilities, free Wi-Fi, free Parking and access to all amenities! Additionally, when we prepare the studio for our guests, our cleaning crew leaves toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen, 3 trash bags, dish detergent, 1 sponge and /shampoo/conditioner/hand soaps.

5: How does check in work? We send guests the door code the morning of their arrival. Once you enter the unit, you will receive a parking pass, 1 pool pass and Wifi Information.Our unit also has a binder filled with information about the area, emergency contact numbers, house rules, community rentals and Tampa Bay activities.


The Community is located on 125 Acres of land, has a Private 1/2 mile beach, Hotel/Resort with Spa and Beauty Salon, 2 Waterfront Restaurants with Tiki bar & evening live entertainment, large heated pools, 2-outdoor Jacuzzis, 4-Tennis courts, Volleyballs Court, 2-full service Marina's with 260 boat slips, and 250- foot long fishing pier.
