Located in the heart of Tampa in Palmetto Beach walking distance to the water and park, minutes to Downtown Tampa, cruise ports, Ybor City, and 15 min to Busch Gardens & Tampa Zoo! No animal Policy
The area is generally quiet, but the deli across the street can occasionally get noisy during peak hours, with music and an active crowd. Our properties are generally safe and kept in top condition. However, we suggest you to do your due diligence and research any place your booking prior. As much as we love animals, this is a no-animal rental. Our family also uses the home, and our autistic son has medical life-threatening allergies to all animals, including hypoallergenic breeds. For health and undue hardship reasons, animals are not permitted.
Due to this living arrangement and documented medical exemptions, we are unable to accommodate any animals at Our units.
