Adjacent to the kitchen, the second family room provides a relaxed lounge space with a sectional couch, bar seating, and another 65” TV, perfect for movie nights.

Through the French double doors, you’ll discover the ultimate backyard retreat—a covered patio with a TV, ample seating, a hammock, and a vibrant Tampa Bay-inspired mural painted by a local artist. Families will love the small playground with swings (weight limits apply), making this space perfect for kids and adults alike.

You are able to use a private driveway for parking purposes. A Maximum of four cars are allowed in the property's designated driveway space.

This property contains an adjacent studio, currently used as other unit that is completely separated and private from the main house (feel free ask host further questions).
