The Space:
This gorgeous home has 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths and a spacious kitchen that is perfect for any setting. The living room is equipped with smart TV and plenty of seating. The Primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen-sized beds. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, and plenty of pots and pans. Pet-friendly with a fenced-in backyard!

Guest Access:
Check-in instructions will be provided one hour prior to arrival. Guests have full access to the home and fenced-in backyard.

The Neighborhood:
This neighborhood is your typical urban neighborhood in transition. We love it and are excited about the progress and potential in the neighborhood. If you're looking for a cookie-cutter place in the middle of suburbia, this home is not a good fit. BUT if you want to be in the heart of one of America's great historic neighborhoods with lots of character and close proximity to all that Tampa Bay has to offer, we would love to host you.

Getting Around:
Driving here is the best option, but once you arrive and settle in, because the house is in such a great location, you’ll be able to walk or cycle to many locations if you want. Alternatively, why not let someone else do the driving and arrange an Uber or Lyft?

There is a recording device on the property. There is a video doorbell at the front door.
