While you might come across some areas in various states of repair and an older Spanish-speaking population, it's worth mentioning that the neighborhood has been steadily improving. We prioritize your safety and are pleased to share that we've never experienced any issues with crime. Our previous guests have reported feeling safe and comfortable during their stays. If you're new to inner-city living or expecting a gated community atmosphere, this neighborhood may have a different vibe than what you're used to. However, we believe in embracing the diversity and unique character of the area, and many of our guests have found it to be a rewarding and authentic experience.
