Guest Access:

You’ll have access to the entire house, except for the locked owner’s closet. Body wash and shampoo are provided in both showers for your convenience.



Additionally, some fishing gear and a set of golf irons are available for your enjoyment during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

West Montgomery Avenue, Tampa is located in a quiet, residential area near South Tampa and Gandy/South Tampa. The neighborhood offers a mix of single-family homes and townhouses, with tree-lined streets and easy access to Tampa Bay. It's conveniently close to Interstate 275, the Gandy Bridge, and MacDill Air Force Base, providing quick routes to downtown Tampa and the Tampa International Airport.

Please note, the thermostat is locked at 72°F to ensure a comfortable and consistent temperature throughout the home. This setting is designed to maintain the ideal balance of comfort and energy efficiency for all guests.



We do not provide cable television or streaming service login credentials. However, the TVs are smart TVs so you may login to your own streaming apps.



For any grill on the property we do provide a propane tank. However, we do not fill the tank and it is responsibility to fill the tank if you would like to use these amenities.



We provide a start pack of supplies. This includes 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towel, three trash bags, three dish pods, three laundry pods, dryer sheets, dish soap, hand soap, body wash, conditioner, and shampoo. You are responsible for buying more if you need.



Please note carpet in bedrooms has been updated with terrazzo flooring.



The pool is not heated.



After booking you will receive a message from our partner Truvi for ID verification and screening. This must be completed before checking in.
