The host is very responsive and accommodating. The house was perfect for our stay. It had everything you need. It was clean upon arrival and the beds were comfortable. The outdoor pool area was really nice. Would definitely stay again if we’re ever back in the area.

Adorable property and helpful, communicative host! It was just my husband and I, but this house would be great for a family too. Perfect location for us for the ReliaQuest Bowl at Raymond James. House is in a darling, quiet neighborhood we enjoyed for morning walks. It is well stocked with tons of dishes, towels, and coffee pods! We only used the primary bedroom but the bed and pillows were super comfy. House is very clean and comfortable. It was too chilly during our stay to use the pool but the backyard is super cute. This was our third trip to the Outback/ReliaQuest Bowl- on other trips we have stayed out in Clearwater or downtown. This location is so easy for getting to and from RayJay so will definitely return next time!

Great place to stay while traveling to Tampa for the Eagles vs Bucs game. The house has everything you could possibly need and more. Well maintained inside and out. We had a fantastic three-night stay at this beautiful waterfront home in Tampa Bay. The views were stunning and the peaceful setting made it an ideal escape. With it being such a hot weekend, the pool was an absolute godsend-crystal clear, refreshing, and the perfect spot to cool off and unwind.The home itself was clean, well-stocked, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We spent time on the patio enjoying the breeze and watching the boats pass by.The host Melinda was responsive and made everything easy. Would absolutely recommend this place.

Great house for an adult family!

The house was absolutely perfect. We were in town for a funeral and had all of our kids stay with us. There was plenty of room for everyone but also had a great outdoor area for all of us to relax. The house was nicely stocked and we didn’t need to bring anything with us. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Home and Location!

Our stay was amazing! The house was extremely comfortable, renovated, and the private yard was extraordinary. There was plenty of space for our family of four and the location being so close to the airport and downtown Tampa was great. Highly recommend and will certainly stay here again when returning to the Tampa area!

The perfect birthday weekend

We planned a short family getaway to take in a ball game and get some much needed sun and warmth. First of all, Mother Nature cooperated, which gave us plenty of time to enjoy the pool and patio at this excellently located home. It was perfect for us! Each couple had their own room, the home was well appointed with a comfortable great room and the pool was the best, especially the shallow level. Our granddaughter loved her first experience of swimming and we had such a relaxing time. Plenty of towels, dishes, laundry products and even shower amenities and lotions. We enjoyed taking the kayaks out , grilling on the patio and hanging by the pool, and we were close to everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Relaxing retreat

The property was extremely clean and well appointed with everything we needed and more for our stay. With generous supplies of thinks like k-cups and shampoos etc. The setting is incredibly peaceful, we enjoyed lots of fishing from the doc. We dreamed it too cold to test out the kayaks but it was February! There are plenty of stores within a short drive including Starbucks and Publix. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

Above and beyond

This stay was lovely. It's a beautiful house. We loved how several doors led outside and helped create a common area. Thanksgiving night we had a fire, several in the pool, cooking. Also, the house was better stocked than any house we have rented. The bug spray literally saved our Thanksgiving. There were so many towels, cooking pans, lotion, shampoo..etc.would absolutely stay again.thank you!
