-This apartment is accessible by stairs on the second floor (NO ELEVATORS are available on this property). There are exactly 24 stairs from the 1st to 2nd floor. This apartment is located on the 2nd floor above the gated outdoor patio area and faces the wooded area.

The building is three levels and during your stay you will only have access to the entrance of the first floor & second floor - (no elevator on property). Building Amenities - Modern premier healthy life style building, chemical free with industry leading water and air filtrations. Secure entrance with access key & property has security cameras that are solely monitoring outside the property and public areas within the building for your safety & security.

Pet-friendly property - limit 2 small dogs (max 35 lbs) is permitted with property manager approval and a $20 per night fee will be assessed up to maximum $75 per stay. Please notify us prior to arrival if you are bringing your dog. We ask that you be responsible and pick up after your pet.
