Private off-street parking, a fully fenced yard, and a corner bakery steps from the front door round out everything a large group needs for a great Tampa trip.

This is the entire downstairs unit — private entry, private exit, and a private parking lot in the back. The upstairs unit is fully separate and completely independent from your space.

The Home

This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. The open-concept layout connects the living area, kitchen, and dining space so the whole group stays together. The full kitchen features granite counters, modern appliances, a coffee maker, and complete cookware and utensils — everything you need to cook real meals for the group. The dining table seats 6, with additional breakfast bar seating. For mornings when nobody wants to cook, a neighborhood bakery is right on the corner.
