The large living area invites the whole family to gather, while the small patio off the lounge offers a quiet spot for two to enjoy a morning coffee. Every corner is set up with the essentials you need for a relaxed, budgetâfriendly stay.
Sleeping arrangements
Four queen bedrooms each have a private full bathroom, giving everyone their own comfortable retreat. The rooms are roomy enough for families or groups, and the consistent queenâsize beds ensure a restful nightâs sleep.
Living space
The comfy living area comfortably seats the entire family, with a layout that encourages conversation and shared moments. A breakfast nook tucked into the kitchen and a separate dining area make it easy to enjoy meals together.
Kitchen & dining
A full kitchen is stocked with everything required to prepare simple meals, from cookware to basic utensils. The adjacent dining space provides a place to sit down and share those meals, while the breakfast nook offers a casual spot for a quick bite.

Guest Access:
Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard. You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.
The Neighborhood:
Suburban residential streets blend with a bit of urban charm in Tampa Palms, a pristine neighborhood just 14 miles northeast of Tampa, Florida. A short drive separates you from exploring the Florida Aquarium, dining at famous restaurants, and enjoying riverfront views at Tampa Riverwalk! Though Tampa Palmsâ wooded streets give it a suburban look, the numerous apartment complexes, restaurants, shops, hospitals, and various businesses add some urban flair to the area.
Just south of town, discover University Mall with all of the mall classicsâfrom a delicious food court and large movie theater to major department stores and popular retailers. A few miles further south, youâll find Busch Gardens Tampa Bay and Adventure Island.
Getting Around:
We are located in a prime area near major freeways like I-275 and I-75 for ease of commuting. Our ideal location is close to shopping, dining, and entertainment like Violet Cury Preserve. The excitement of big city activities in Tampa is well within reach. Our residents come home to community amenities like our lagoon-style pool, chalet-style clubhouse, huge fitness center with cardio and weight rooms, full-court basketball, Mac and PC computer lab, free printing, and so much more!
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
Please note that the photos displayed for our units are intended to represent the general amenities and features of the properties. However, furnishings, decor, and appliances may vary from what is shown. The images may not accurately reflect the current state of the unit.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
We do not provide access to the community's amenities.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
