The Space:

Soft Florida light filters in as you settle into a space that feels calm, open, and easy to enjoy together. Mornings unfold at a relaxed pace here, with room to spread out and recharge before heading out or easing into the day at home. Evenings invite you back to unwind, whether you are sharing a meal, watching TV, or stepping outside for a breath of fresh air.



The space

This entire rental unit is set on the third floor and offers a comfortable layout for families or groups traveling together. The living area is spacious enough for everyone to gather, with a natural flow into the kitchen and dining spaces that keeps conversations going throughout the day. A breakfast nook provides a casual spot for coffee or light meals, while the dining area is ready for sit-down dinners and shared moments.



Sleeping arrangements

The unit includes four bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed. Every bedroom has its own full bathroom, giving everyone added privacy and convenience throughout the stay. With space to sleep up to eight guests, the setup works well for group trips where comfort and personal space matter.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing simple meals or longer-stay routines. Whether you are cooking together or keeping things low-key, the setup supports easy, everyday use. Dining areas nearby make it simple to enjoy meals together without leaving the space.

Guest Access:

Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard. You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.



The Neighborhood:

Suburban residential streets blend with a bit of urban charm in Tampa Palms, a pristine neighborhood just 14 miles northeast of Tampa, Florida. A short drive separates you from exploring the Florida Aquarium, dining at famous restaurants, and enjoying riverfront views at Tampa Riverwalk! Though Tampa Palms’ wooded streets give it a suburban look, the numerous apartment complexes, restaurants, shops, hospitals, and various businesses add some urban flair to the area.



Just south of town, discover University Mall with all of the mall classics—from a delicious food court and large movie theater to major department stores and popular retailers. A few miles further south, you’ll find Busch Gardens Tampa Bay and Adventure Island.



Getting Around:

We are located in a prime area near major freeways like I-275 and I-75 for ease of commuting. Our ideal location is close to shopping, dining, and entertainment like Violet Cury Preserve. The excitement of big city activities in Tampa is well within reach.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



We do not provide access to the community's amenities.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.

Location Great ... Amenities TERRIBLE! Front door battery dead so couldn't get in. LR: Fan didn't work. Only 1 pool card worked. No WIFI password provided & host had a hard time finding it to provide for us.Kitchen: No pans, no hot pads, no strainer, no containers for food. One stove burner not working. Had to go to Dollar Store to buy all these things so we could cook. Paper towel holder fell off wall. Bedrooms: mattresses terrible w/ springs poking us in our backs. No mattress pads, one thin sheet & one thin top blanket. No heavier blankets. Had to go to Salvation Army to buy blankets. Bathrooms: ZERO water pressure in showers & toilets. Would take several minutes just to get wet or get shampoo out of hair. Toilets would not flush - bought 2 kinds of plungers that week to get them to flush. One toilet seat broken.Washing machine: Only works on deep water settings, not auto-sensing. Took us awhile to figure this out. Last load the washing machine stuck on & would not shut off. Had to unplug it to avoid the motor burning up & causing fire.

I wish we had seen a review like this before booking.The listing advertised pool and gym access, which turned out not to be available. The host did provide a partial refund before arrival for this, but those amenities were a major reason we selected this property.Once we arrived, it became clear the photos in the listing do not accurately represent the current condition of the condo. The unit feels very old and poorly maintained, with outdated, mismatched furniture and a random assortment of towels rather than a standard set provided for guests. Cleanliness was also a concern. The bathrooms had a strong unpleasant odor upon arrival, the bathroom rugs had visible stains, one bathroom mirror had black smudges on it, and the ceiling fans had noticeable staining. There are also several areas in the kitchen and bathrooms where caulk is missing, which made the space feel poorly maintained. The beds were also very uncomfortable and appear to be extremely worn out. You could both feel and hear the springs through the mattress whenever someone moved, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.We also experienced problems accessing the unit. We paid an additional 50 for early check-in, but the electronic lock did not work when we arrived. We spent about 25 minutes outside trying to gain access, which cut into the early check-in time we had paid for. The shower water pressure was extremely weak, making it difficult to shower comfortably. Overall, the listing felt misleading
