The Space:

You ease into the day with soft light filling the open living space, the home quiet and comfortable as everyone starts moving at their own pace. Evenings invite you to unwind together, sharing meals, conversation, and unhurried time after exploring the area. The space feels easy to settle into - open enough for gathering, yet thoughtfully laid out so everyone has room to breathe.



The space

This third-floor entire rental unit is designed for groups who appreciate space and privacy. With four bedrooms and four full bathrooms, the layout works especially well for families, friends, or colleagues traveling together. The living area connects naturally to the kitchen and dining spaces, creating a relaxed setting for shared moments without feeling crowded.



Sleeping arrangements

Each of the four bedrooms features a queen bed and its own private full bathroom. This setup allows every guest a comfortable place to rest and unwind, whether you’re turning in early or easing into a late morning.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen supports everything from quick breakfasts to simple home-cooked meals, with a dining area and breakfast nook that make gathering easy. It’s a practical, welcoming space for long stays as well as shorter visits.



Living area & work space

The open living room offers comfortable seating for downtime, conversation, or watching TV together. A dedicated workspace and WiFi make it easy to stay connected or handle remote work when needed.



Outdoor space

Situated in Lutz, the home offers easy access to nearby attractions such as the University of South Florida and the Museum of Science & Industry, along with major highways that connect you to the wider Tampa area. It’s a practical base for both local outings and longer stays, offering comfort, space, and flexibility throughout your visit.

Guests will have full access to the entire home during their stay.



The property is located in a gated community with a security guard, adding an extra layer of comfort and peace of mind.



You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.

About the Neighborhood:

Tampa Palms is a quiet, well-maintained area that feels laid-back while still being close to everything. It’s about 14 miles northeast of downtown Tampa and is known for its tree-lined streets and mix of nearby shops, restaurants, and everyday conveniences.



A short drive will take you to places like the Florida Aquarium, local dining spots, or the Tampa Riverwalk, where you can enjoy views along the water.



If you’re looking to shop or catch a movie, University Mall is just south of the neighborhood and has a food court, a large theater, and plenty of well-known stores. Head a bit farther south and you’ll find popular attractions like Busch Gardens Tampa Bay and Adventure Island.

The property is conveniently close to major highways like I-275 and I-75, making getting around easy. You’ll be near shopping, restaurants, and local spots like Violet Cury Preserve, while downtown Tampa is just a short drive away. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.

Cleaning & Housekeeping:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each guest’s arrival. Our cleaning team follows strict standards to ensure a safe and comfortable stay.



Please note that photos are meant to show the general layout and amenities of the units. Furnishings, decor, and appliances may vary, and the images may not exactly reflect the current state of the unit.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



The community pool and other shared amenities are managed solely by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.



Check-Out:

Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Housekeeping will arrive promptly to prepare the home for the next guests. Late check-outs can disrupt cleaning schedules and future reservations, and may result in a fee of up to $300.



Self-Catering Home:

This is a self-catering property, and supplies are not replenished during your stay. For your convenience, we provide:

-Bathrooms: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom

- Laundry: Detergent pods for up to two loads

- Kitchen: Paper towels, a few trash bags, dishwashing detergent, sponge, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and a coffee maker (coffee not included)

If anything is missing when you arrive, please let us know so we can restock.

The pool was wonderful ! The place has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms that was accurate. It’s on the 3rd floor of stairs. The beds have no headboards as pictured. The living room wasn’t even close to the picture. There was only 7 bath towels and 4 washcloths. No kitchen towels.Forgot to mention how bad the rugs were stained.

Not exactly as described

Check in and communicate with host is good. All questions are addressed directly. The only parking available for this unit was .21 miles away. The unit was not cleaned very well and we were not provided the key card to access the pool and other amenities for an entire week. I am sure the host attempted to resolve these and other issues, but ran into problems of their own. IWe were very unhappy with our experience, but the host refunded us 30% to compensate for the many issues. They really tried to make it right.
