PARKING:
The garage is not available for guest use, but you are welcome to park up to 4 cars in the driveway and an additional 4 cars on the lawn in front of the house.

HOUSEKEEPING: For extended stays, a mandatory cleaning service will be scheduled every 15 days. The fee for each cleaning will match the standard cleaning fee listed in this booking.

POOL INFORMATION: VERY IMPORTANT
1 - This is a saltwater pool, much healthier for your skin and hair.
2 - Depth ranges from 4 feet to 9 feet.
3 - The pool is NOT heated.
4 - Pool maintenance may take place during your stay. The pool technician will access the backyard through the side gate and will not enter the interior of the house.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out, and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided before check-in.

TRASH COLLECTION:
- Wednesdays: Regular trash and recycling
- Saturdays: Regular trash only
Please place the trash bins at the edge of the driveway the night before collection.

PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES)
• You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep.
