The Space:
Step into historic charm with this recently updated suite featuring a full-sized kitchen with a built-in dining nook, laundry machines and a private balcony. Look no further for the perfect home base to elevate your experience and vacation in comfort!

Sleeping up to 6 guests, this flat is perfect to spread out and make yourself at home! This one-bath, two-bedroom unit includes a queen-sized bed in the primary bedroom, a full-sized bed in the back sunroom and a queen-sized pull-out couch in the living area. The bathroom features an above-ground garden tub and complimentary toiletries for your stay! Please keep in mind the back sunroom is only accessible by walking through the queen bedroom as shown in the photos. Enjoy the private balcony overlooking the historic streets of Hyde Park at your outdoor dinette table!

Carefully designed with you in mind, no details were spared in creating the perfect haven in this home! The tastefully upgraded kitchen features an oven, dishwasher and a fully stocked Keurig coffee machine for your convenience. Gather around and enjoy a meal at the custom-built butcher-block dining space! There is also a washer and dryer complete with a starter supply of laundry soaps + dryer sheets for your use throughout your stay. Enjoy free high-speed Wi-Fi and a smart TV with access to YouTube TV and all your favorite streaming apps!

Downstairs in the rear of the building is a lush garden with a shared common area featuring an outdoor grill, outdoor fire pit and dining table! Feel free to utilize this space during your stay but please be mindful it is shared with other guests and residents.

Guest Access:
Guests will receive a 6-digit access code that opens the front entrance to the unit.

The Neighborhood:
South Howard, or “SoHo”, is one of the most popular areas of Tampa featuring vibrant nightlife, and fun for everyone! Nestled in the heart of Tampa and within walking distance of Bayshore Boulevard, this area is perfect for your next getaway. Bayshore Boulevard has 4.5 miles of scenic views and outdoor exercise equipment paralleling Tampa Bay. Historic Hyde Park Village is an outdoor shopping mall just a 15-minute walk away with dining, shopping and various pop-up events! A variety of parks, Downtown Tampa and the Tampa International Airport are all a 10-minute drive away or less!

Some of our teams' favorite nearby hotspots include Armature Works, Tampa Riverwalk, Sparkman Wharf, Hyde Park Village, SoHo District, Ybor City & Downtown Tampa!

Getting Around:
SoHo is a very walkable neighborhood but there are self-service bicycles available for rent on Bayshore Boulevard. There are also electric scooters for rent in the area via any of the scooter rental apps. (Bird, Uber, Lime, etc.) If you are planning on exploring the Tampa Bay Area, there are many car rental storefronts at the airport and in the surrounding area! Tampa has a plethora of street parking, garage parking and pay-by-app parking.

Other Things to Note:
- This is a non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind in the interior of the home will result in a $500 fine.
- Trash Info: Trash days are on Tuesday and Friday. Trash cans are located in the parking area
- PETS: We are pet-friendly and allow up to two pets. Our pet fee is $50/pet. We expect all owners to pick up after their pets and supply their own waste bags. Any damages caused by your animal will result in additional fees. You must notify us if you are bringing an animal!
- Parking: This unit offers 1 private off-street parking spot in the lot behind the building.
- Note: The Full Bedroom is only accessible by walking through the Queen Bedroom, there is no separate entrance.
