A warm and tranquil home that offers a bright and open living space with remodeled kitchen, two bedrooms, two & a half baths, and a fantastic backyard patio area to help you unwind at the end of the day.

Each bedroom has a Queen bed and private bath and the kitchen is stocked with high-quality cookware to make the extended-stay traveler feel completely at home during their visit.

The backyard patio is perfectly setup to help you relax with couches, outdoor TV, gas BBQ grill and fire pit for those colder winter nights. It even features a charming bench swing for 2 you can flip both ways to enjoy the full outdoor living space!

Nestled in the quaint neighborhood of Riverside Heights, our property is a short walk/bike ride to Downtown Tampa and the Riverwalk and within only 15 minutes of Ybor City, Tampa Airport, Bucs/Raymond James Stadium, Lightning/Amalie Arena, the Zoo and Aquarium, Hard Rock Casino and more!


The Neighborhood:
Riverside Heights is an "A+" neighborhood in Tampa, Florida and rated one of the best places to live in Florida.*. Currently this neighborhood is still a bit of a hidden gem, located just north of Downtown and walking distance to the Hillsborough River. Getting Around
Tampa is becoming very Pedestrian & Bike friendly and from the house, you can access the northern end of the Tampa Riverwalk in 1.3 miles and from there access downtown, Harbor Island, Convention Center, Amalie Area and even connect to Bayshore Blvd (a wonderful and scenic bike ride route).

Also, you can request Rideshare (which typically arrives in mere minutes) to get you to any of Tampa's great restaurants, bars and clubs in about 5-15 minutes.

The property includes free on & off-street parking as well and is situated less than 2 miles from I-275 & I-4 making it easy and convenient to commute from Tampa to Orlando during your stay.

Great little place

This little place is obviously very well taken care of. It had everything we needed for our short stay. It's close to everything and we found it very easy to navigate in and out of the neighbourhood. We used the recommendations in the house guide to make dinner choices and we had a wonderful time. Hats off to the owners who made us feel at home. I definitely recommend this place to whoever reads this review.

The house was clean and had basically everything we needed for our stay. It seems like a decent neighborhood in Tampa. I'm not an expert on the Tampa area, but it may be in the early stages of gentrification, or perhaps it's just rebuilding after the hurricane. We were there for spring training and stayed 10 days. It was very easy to get to George Steinbrenner Field. I don't recall hearing anything from the neighbors...it was nice and quiet for our entire stay. We used the gas BBQ nearly every night. It was clean and worked well for us. There was a patio area in the back that was a nice place to hang out. If I were planning on visiting this location in Tampa again I would probably stay there again. The owners were in touch with us prior to the trip, on the day of the trip. and after our arrival. It was nice to hear from them given the challenges with travelling (we traveled from WA State). I have no doubt that they would have accommodated any need we may have had, however we really didn't need anything. I had a good time.

Wonderful - As Always

We travel to the Tampa area 3-5 times a year to visit our daughters family and friends from our college years long ago and stay here whenever it is available. The house is a charming original Heights home, well decorated, maintained and cared for. A quiet area convenient to Armature Works, downtown Tampa and the river walk as well as other Tampa attractions. The neighborhood is quiet and immediate neighbors friendly. The owners/managers are responsive and extremely helpful and nice. Love It!

quiet and relaxing

We had a very nice and relaxing time. We met the owners who were very sweet. The property was near to a few good breweries. We used the fire pit one night which was relaxing. The beds were comfortable. The neighborhood seemed safe. For the price we were very satisfied.

Perfect vacation rental

The house is in a nice, safe residential area. Wonderful location close to downtown and an easy drive to St. Pete. Everything in the house you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Very clean and wonderful communication with host.

Great place!

This house has everything you could want, and then some! Very clean in a quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and shopping. Perfect for launching out during the day or just relaxing and watching TV - either inside or outside under the covered porch. Great communication with property managers and check in was very easy. This house will be out “go to” for Tampa.

Great location and comfort

We had a terrific two night stay at this adorable home. The rental is very well appointed with super comfy mattresses in both bedrooms. It has been wonderfully remodeled and very nicely decorated but is also an older home and though it is VERY clean does have a bit of an older home smell. All in all, however, we would for sure stay again and really appreciated all of the thought and great communication the owners gave regarding this home.

By far one of the best stays we've experienced with VRBO

This house was the best one we've stayed in. The location was great for our needs, the home was very nice, very well kept and updated, but still maintained a historic home feel. The owners are very much in tune with providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. I would say that anyone considering to put their home on VRBO, should contact the owners of this home, and ask them for tips, so that they now how to do it right!

Excellent property!

We had a great time. Communication with the owners was top notch. Easy check in process, great neighborhood, very quiet. The house guide was great with lots of recommendations for places to eat, etc. Everything was very clean and also had all the basics. Loved hanging out on the patio. Overall great experience and would definitely stay here again. Everything we did was a short 5 - 15 minute drive and ubers are easy to come by.
