Modern and comfortable - managed by local owners means attention to detail. 3 BR + den w/sleeper & 'get ready' room - We want to share our oasis with you! Close to everything- HUGE open air pool & screened porch, fountains, pathways to bird feeders and many outdoor seating areas...beautiful birds & trees sway in the breeze. Fully equipped kitchen. Spacious dining room & cozy family room- sleep like a baby in these beds & fresh linens. Washer/Dryer. Easy to get to I-4 or I-75, Busch Gardens, Orlando parks, beaches, Dinosaur Land, Legoland, restaurants, shopping, outlet mall, Downtown Tampa or St Pete.

This was our childhood home. Our family took care to renovate it in such a way as to bring joy to others! The kitchen has all new cabinets, quartz tops & appliances. The coffee bar offers both a Keurig and a regular brew style pot. Seating for 4 at the large island. Additional seating in the indoor dining room (6), outdoor dining in the covered screened lanai for 6 and then 2 more dining tables by the pool. Enjoy the surprise of the 4th room that offers both a pull-out couch (full) and a customized makeup/dressing area with backlit LED light. The primary bedroom has a KING bed with ensuite full bathroom and the two secondary bedrooms both have queen beds. The pool is open air and simply peaceful. Pool towels available. Walk the garden pathways, visit the pond and fountain or simply relax and gaze up into the trees. Central location - but you feel like you are in the middle of paradise. Welcome!
Weekly pool service visits randomly and we do ask that you allow them free access to the back yard. In addition, we do provide a pool net and leaf receptacles on the side of the house just in case a storm blows through and guests need to self-scoop.

Fantastic house and amazing host! Trish replied instantly to any of my questions. The home itself was an absolute Florida vibe, well decorated and the backyard was the cherry on top!!! Every other morning there was peacocks resting by the pool area. Just wow! Will definitely book it again in the future.

This is a beautiful house with plenty of room for a family get together. The screened in porch was our favorite hang out place. The sliding glass door to the porch was sticking on the tracks intermittently. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the second refrigerator for our drinks. We totally enjoyed this house. It had plenty of room for our family of 5 Adults and 1 child ( 1 year old ). The house was clean and very well stocked with all the things we needed.The pool was refreshing after a long day in the sun! The screened in porch was wonderful for us to eat breakfast and have our morning coffee. We would stay here again. I would say this is in my top 5 VRBOs I have stayed at!

In town for a family wedding

The accommodations were perfect !! Nice size living area and kitchen . Close to market and restaurants . Though the house and neighborhood are older it was redone nicely and the neighborhood was quiet . The only thing I could suggest is a new coffee maker and advertising that the pool isn’t heated . We were disappointed the water was too cold for the babies to enjoy . The host was amazing very quick to respond and very helpful !! We really enjoyed our stay !!

Really Nice

Good place to stay for a few nights, rather than a hotel, prior to cruising out of Tampa. Easy access to the port and there is a Publix and Walmart close by. Plenty of room to hangout and it was nice to sit around the pool and enjoy the lovely backyard. Trish is very responsive to texts and great to work with. Very much enjoyed our stay!

Good vacation stay

It was a good stay. The only things that you could improve on was making sure the pool was ready for visitors. I think on the day of check in before visitors come to property you should run the pool vacuum to get all the leaves stuck at the bottom of the pool up and debris. We don’t own a pool but we used a lot of time trying to figure out how to use the pool vacuum. The other thing was the drains in bathroom shower / tub runs slow. I’m not sure you can improve this or not but the kids didn’t like standing in a puddle of water while they showered. Overall we did enjoy ourselves at this property. I appreciate that the property was fully stocked. Thank you.

We very much enjoyed our stay. It was perfectly located to stores, restaurants, and everything we needed. The pool was amazing, the landscape is beautiful, we were even greeted by the local peacocks while we sat outside and relaxed. The host answered us quickly, and was nearby to help if needed. Wonderful Home

We stayed for five nights, and all I can say is that the house, amenities and property owners are GREAT! The house is very nicely remodeled and features a lovely lanai and pool. One of my favorites activities was sitting out by the pool gazing at the beautiful oaks. I'd rent the house again without hesitation.
