The Space:

Soft Florida light filters through the windows as you settle into a space designed for easy days and unrushed evenings. After a short drive back from nearby attractions, you can stretch out, unpack comfortably, and enjoy the calm of a well-laid-out home base that makes traveling together feel effortless.



The space

This entire rental unit is located on the 1st floor, offering straightforward access and a practical layout for families or groups. The living area is spacious enough for everyone to gather, whether you are winding down with the TV or sharing conversation after a day out. Just off the living room, a small patio provides a quiet spot to sit and enjoy the fresh air.



Sleeping arrangements

The unit features four bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed. Every bedroom has its own full ensuite bathroom, giving everyone privacy and convenience throughout the stay. Bed linens and bathroom essentials are provided to keep packing light and arrival stress-free.



Kitchen and dining

The full kitchen supports simple, everyday cooking during your stay. A breakfast nook sits within the kitchen, while a separate dining area gives you space to enjoy meals together. Whether you are preparing a quick breakfast or an easy dinner, the layout keeps everything close and functional.



Laundry and work-friendly features

An in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays comfortable and practical. There is also a dedicated workspace and WiFi, making it easy to handle remote work or planning between outings.



Outdoor and community amenities

Guests have access to a patio, as well as shared community amenities that include a pool, gym, clubhouse, and grill area. Walking and biking trails, along with recreational facilities like a basketball court, add options for light activity without leaving the community.



Location

The unit is well-positioned for exploring the area, with a short drive to the University of South Florida, MOSI, Busch Gardens Tampa, and nearby parks such as Lettuce Lake Park. It is a convenient base for both local attractions and relaxed days close to home.

This space works well for families, larger groups, and guests planning extended stays who value privacy, clear layout, and access to shared amenities. The home is pet-friendly and supports stays of 28 days or more, making it a flexible choice for different travel needs.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard.



You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



Please note that the photos displayed for our units are intended to represent the general amenities and features of the properties. However, furnishings, decor, and appliances may vary from what is shown. The images may not accurately reflect the current state of the unit.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.

Convenient to town, quiet stay, great amenities

Very convenient to town and the ball fields (we were in town for a tournament and vacay) set up was very basic but met all our needs for our large party. We basically had the pool to ourselves each day! The hosts were super quick to respond and were very helpful!

I didn't expect it to be so spacious! We had 4 bedrooms with bathrooms in each room! We loved the pool and the gym was FANTASTIC for my football player son!

Convenient area and Pet friendly Property.

The property was very comfortable for our party of 7. I did frown at the part of first come first serve visitor parking, but we did not experience any issues at all returning late night with 2 vehicles, plenty of visitor parking spots. Easy access to the property and good communication. Definitely will return when in town.

Great place for a family. Close to Busch Gardens

This was a great property for the price. It had everything we needed for our family of six. I loved that each room had its own private bath. The cool was nice and the weight room was well equipped. The host was easy to communicate with and took care of any concerns or requests we had really quickly. I would definitely stay here again. Also, don't let the fact that it is student housing bother you. The complex was quiet and peaceful the entire time, even the weekend.
