There were a few positives to the place. The location was conveniently between Tampa and St. Pete and close to lots of stores. There was enough parking for two cars that, thank God, didnât get broken into. But the negatives made this the worst rental weâve had.1. The AC was only in the living room, right on top of the couch, so youâre freezing if you want to watch TV, and then sweating because thereâs no AC in the bedroom or bathroom. We tried to turn on the fan and the fan string fell off.2. The door to the bedroom doesnât close. Like physically. Thereâs a gap.3. There was only extremely hot water in the kitchen sink. It literally hurts to wash dishes.4. The pictures on the listing are extremely misleading and photoshopped. The place is very run down and poorly maintained. Thereâs termites. Dirty walls, wobbly faucet. The mini golf is literally fake there are no holes. But there are huge holes in the outdoor furniture.5. There were stains all over the couch and the bed. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I had to buy my own pillow and comforter.6. The kitchen is equipped with whatever was left behind from previous guests and some stuff from the dollar store that is in pretty bad condition.7. The block was shady and my Amazon package got stolen.8. The cherry on top was our last full day there. The electricity went out and we didnât hear from the property until 11pm that night, so we spent that full day without power.
