HOUSE NOTES

Music is welcome at a reasonable volume during the day, with quiet hours from 10 PM – 7 AM.  No amplified music beyond the home’s built-in outdoor speakers. If you believe your event requires amplified sound, please request approval in advance so we can ensure it complies with Tampa’s Sound Ordinance (maximum 60 dB at the property line). Rooftop & tiki bar large group gatherings close at 10 PM; however, quiet stargazing is permitted. Pool & hot tub remain open for a calm soak under the stars.



For safety, health, and compliance, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras and monitors for occupancy, smoke/CO₂, air quality, and noise levels. Guests will receive automatic notifications via text if the sound exceeds permitted levels. No audio or video recording surveillance devices are located inside the home. By booking, guests consent to this monitoring in accordance with all applicable privacy laws.



No smoking or vaping indoors; ashtrays provided outdoors



Fire extinguishers are located in the first-floor pantry, second-floor laundry room, outdoor bar, and detached game room. Fire blankets are also provided in these key areas for added safety. Each upstairs bedroom without a direct exterior exit is equipped with a one-time-use emergency escape ladder.



Certified service animals are welcome in compliance with ADA regulations. If a service animal will be accompanying you during your stay, please notify us in advance so we can prepare the necessary accommodations (e.g., bowls, blankets, place mats, baggies, etc.). Any damage caused by animals will be the responsibility of the guest.



For your safety, diving or jumping into the pool from the rooftop, catwalk, balconies, or any elevated structure is strictly prohibited.



SAFETY AND PRIVACY FEATURES



For your peace of mind and the security of the estate, we utilize professional exterior monitoring. These devices are located strictly outdoors and monitor all perimeter amenities and access points, including the driveway, front entrance, pool area, firepit, mini-golf course, Smugglers Den bar, and rooftop lounge. Please note that the front doorbell supports two-way communication for guest assistance, while all other perimeter cameras provide video security only.To ensure a comfortable environment for all guests and to remain compliant with local ordinances, the home is equipped with privacy-safe smart home sensors. These devices monitor for smoke, tobacco/vaping, humidity, occupancy counts, and excessive decibel levels. They are 100% privacy-compliant and do not record or transmit any audio or video from inside the home. They simply alert us if occupancy limits or noise thresholds are exceeded, helping us maintain a great relationship with our neighbors and a fresh home for our next guests.
