Recently remodeled with modern cozy touches. Completely independent Studio with private entrance to come and go as you please. Free private parking in driveway. Our studio is within a centrally located residential neighborhood in the heart of tampa. All tourist attractions, famous restaurants and nightlife is just a couple blocks away. A 5 minute drive to the Airport, upscale shops of international Mall. St Pete Beach is a 20 minutes drive away. 20 min from bush Garden, 10 to downtown Tampa.

An Uber ride away from all tourist attractions, famous restaurants and night life is just a couple blocks away. Safe to come and go at all hours. A 5 minute drive to the Airport, upscale shops of international Mall and most famous Restaurants in Tampa like Ocean Prime. Saint Pete Beach is a 20 minutes drive away! (Please let us know if you are heading to the beach we can lend you beach chairs and umbrella). 20 min away from Bush gardens. 10 min away downtown Tampa.

We appreciated that the property was clean. However, it was not quiet because it is located right off of the expressway. It smelled like smoke, there was a door that was locked and above it there was an opening that went into another space. The photographs online did not show this part of the room. Also, my wife did not feel safe in the area that the property was located. We ended up staying in a hotel. We had booked the property for two nights and the host refunded one of them.

I had a great stay at this VRBO in Tampa! The place was very clean, beautifully maintained, and had a relaxing yard that made it easy to unwind. The atmosphere was peaceful yet still close to everything — restaurants, entertainment, and even the airport were all nearby, which made getting around super convenient. The host Maria was very accommodating and made sure everything went smoothly. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Perfect stop over

landed in Tampa airport late in the day and was just looking for a convenient stopover, close to the airport.The place was exactly as described and perfect for what we wanted. The communications and access was simple and outlined in a timely manner

Ok, but not again

We were excited to get here for our weeks vacation. Upon pulling in, we did not like the neighborhood that the home was in and got an uneasy feeling. On our second night of our stay, we had two separate individuals knocking on our door. Once at 8:45p and the second at 11:30p. We contacted the owner and they responded VERY quickly, confirming that the two individuals had gotten their rooms mixed up accidentally. The owners handled the situation very well, but we had enough and decided to find a motel that gave us a MUCH safer feeling. The labeling for each suite should be MUCH clearer for those who arrive in order to minimize this kind of mix up. Overall, the room was very clean, but could use more shelf storage in the bathroom. Nowhere to lay your items to get ready.

The rental property had no heat, and nighttime temperatures were in the 30s. I was given an extra blanket and a small space heater that did not emit nearly enough heat to keep the apartment at an acceptable temperature.

The bathroom was nasty and had mold growing. The couch was so stained I would even set my luggage on

The bathroom was gross, mold was growing . The couch was so stained I refused to set my luggage in it without a blanket over it. Thank god we brought our own pillows and blankets. I do not recommend this place it was a big disappointment.

Clean, Cozy

This property was clean and cozy, we stayed for the weekend while attending the football game and it was a few minutes away from rhe stadium in a housing area. Great location. Host was responsive when we had questions.

Just OK

Property was OK. We had no washcloths left to us for a shower, thankfully I had packed some of our own. The bathroom smelt a little moldy - there were some rotted spots around baseboard that need to be addressed. We continuously smelt marijuana in our room through out the night into early morning hours, assuming it was the people in the next unit. I messaged the property manager but never heard back after I verified which unit we were in. The sheets were clean but stained, the comforter had what I’m assuming was dried food on it. I hope it was food anyways. We threw it on the floor immediately and just covered up with sheets. Thankful this was only a one night stay, definitely not somewhere I’d be comfortable in longer than a night or two.
