With two spacious master bedrooms complete with their own ensuite, a gourmet kitchen, open plan living and your own private balcony, the apartment has been designed and styled with comfort in mind.

Get in and get out with our key-less smartlock technology and free on-site parking. Get in, get out, and in between get the most modern amenities in a prime location just a 5-minute ride to downtown offices and attractions Tampa has to offer.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to cook up breakfast lunch or dinner with a full-size fridge/freezer, an oven, cooktop, microwave and dishwasher.

The spacious master bedrooms feature large king beds. Each room is equipped with a wall mounted smart Tv with access to cable, Netflix, Prime, and Disney+, as well as dual sparkling ensuite bathrooms stocked with quality amenities and soft fluffy towels for each guest.

Off the bedroom there is a built-in study/office nook where guests can catch up on work.

A laundry is also included inside the apartment with a washing machine, dryer and complimentary laundry detergent.

Head down to the resort style swimming pool and relax on one of the many sun lounges. There is an outdoor kitchen/BBQ area where you can cook out and then wander through the many picturesque courtyards.

Head into the glamorous recreation room and take on your friends at the pool table or hit the entertainment deck. If you are feeling up to a challenge, there is a fitness center with a yoga room, spin bike room and a state-of-the-art gym.

Guests have private access to the entire apartment as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking, complimentary coffee, access to three Roku Smart TVs with Cable, Netflix, Prime, and Disney+ and full use of your own washing machine and dryer. Guests also have access to the shared pool and fitness center.

**The unit is located on the 5th floor near all the amenities and entrance.

**There is construction next to the building. There may be potential for noise M-F.

**There is a high rise being constructed directly parallel to the pool area. During the winter months, sun may not reach the pool area.

**This is a pet friendly community. You will see dogs of residents and may hear occasional barking. Pets are not permitted during your stay.

**The place will be spotless on your arrival.

**When confirmed as a guest, you will receive an email request from Keyturned with an electronic agreement form. Use any device to sign this form and send it back to us. You will be asked to upload an ID to the form, this is per the leasing office on site's requirements and must be completed before check in.

**Upon checking in, please park on the first floor in Guest Parking to retrieve your key fob. With your key fob, you can either proceed to the apartment or if you have a car, exit the guest parking and proceed to the secured garage. Park on the 5th floor. A detailed check in guide will be provided before check in.

**Please display the permit parking board on your vehicle at all times to avoid being towed.

**We use a noise monitoring device; it does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply measures noise levels (measured in decibels).

Note also:

**We highly recommend you use a rideshare service (like Lyft or Uber) or the TECO Smart Line Trains. There is no dedicated parking--it is first come first served.

**You are staying at a private apartment within a larger community, so please abide by the rules that are posted within the building.

**Guests are subject to a criminal background check upon booking.

**Please let us know if you have more than one vehicle at the time of booking. There is only one parking permit board available per standard reservation

Great for a weekend get-a-way

Nice location, great space with the 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Property was clean and provided you with everything you needed for a short visit. Having coffee and some water was great, extra towels too. Beds were OK, a little hard but when we spoke to the property manager about it they sent us toppers which helped a bit. Check in process is a bit cumbersome but once too the initial steps everything was fine.
