Clean Comfortable Relaxing House

The floor plan provides areas that provide separation if wanted. The rooms are well furnished and maintained. There are numerous TVs and well equipped kitchen. The pool and outdoor scenery just adds to the atmosphere.We’d return without hesitation. Calvin very responsive.

Family visit

This was our Second visit. We love being here. My daughter lives nearby, so perfect location for us. It was a lot of fun. The kids enjoyed the pool. The house is great. It’s clean, nicely decorated ,and everything you possibly could need Is there. I definitely recommend it.

Hidden Gem.

We came to play in a hockey tournament. Cal was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. The house is gorgeous and well laid out. The neighborhood felt very welcoming and safe. We really enjoyed watching the birds come and go in the sanctuary. We’ll definitely be back next year.

Great location to get away

We enjoyed the house, all the included little touches, the pool, the fishing, and photographing the birds coming in in the evening and flying out just at sunrise. Beautiful neighborhood and close to everything we needed. Great communication with owner Calvin got little problems fixed as soon as we let him know. We have booked again (3rd time)

December visit

My husband and I came down to Land O Lakes to visit my daughter and her family. We had a fantastic time.. The kids loved playing in the pool. The house was exactly as described. If not even a little bit bigger, we loved it. We will definitely plan to come back here if it is available on our next visit. đŸ˜ŽđŸŒŽâ˜€ïž

Relaxing home away from home

This home was great! A home away from home. There were plenty of linens, towels, laundry supplies, dishes, etc. I loved the bird sanctuary right in the backyard. Being able to sit on the screened in back porch or be in the pool while also watching nature was amazing. The home and pool were clean. The location is great as well. It is in a nice residential area and close to stores and restaurants. The owner was very responsive. I would stay here again.

Made a difficult situation easier

My family and I were visiting another family member beginning cancer treatments. Calvin allowed us to check in early if needed. House was lovely. Pool was clean and in great shape. Best part was the bird sanctuary. Very peaceful.

Great Winter Get-Away

We loved our stay in Land O Lakes and enjoyed this property very much! Calvin is the best host and very responsive and attentive to any questions we had. Loved the bird sanctuary behind the house and the privacy of the property. We walked around the neighborhood and felt very safe. We had everything we needed and then some. Peaceful —lovely home

This was everything as listed plus more. The owner was very responsive when we had a problem with the cable and the issue was resolved within minutes. We enjoyed the bird sanctuary and the pool especially when lighted at night. We highly recommend this home.

It was all great !

We had this property booked for the week right after hurricane Ian was due to hit Tampa. Calvin, it's owner, was a great in communicating the condition of the home and area after the storm passed. With Tampa having dodged the worse of the storm we were able to enjoy this lovely home. It was clean, well stocked, and well maintained. In fact, I can't think of anything missing. There had even been some surprise updates since our last visit. We will surely be booking it again.

The perfect cozy house!!

This house was perfect for my family! My kids stayed in the pool all day and night. The house felt like home because it was so cozy and well taken care of. We loved the lake with the birds, great for meditation. I will definitely book again and the host was very responsive and accommodating!

What a wonderful home. Open floor plan for great conversations and ranger games. Everything you need nearby. We will certainly be staying again amd again. We have family in the area. Thank you Calvin it was a true pleasure and as the kids said....best vacation ever and they are 18and 15.
