Pool was comfortable and warm. The kids spent a lot of time in the pool. The owner was quick to respond to any questions. The inside of the house is newly updated and was spacious for our group of seven. The beds were also comfortable. Grocery stores and nice parks/playgrounds are nearby.

I wouldn’t say the house was dirty, but I also can’t say it was truly clean. Overall, the impression of cleanliness was just okay, though a few things were bothersome. The porch was quite dirty, the couches were stained, and the pillows on the couches also looked unclean. The bed sheets, while washed, didn’t feel or appear crisp and fresh.The listing says the house accommodates 12 people; we had a group of 9, yet only received six bath towels and two smaller ones. The kitchen was seriously understocked. While the host was responsive and ordered some of the items I mentioned were missing, the kitchen in general needs much better stocking.The exterior also did not match the photos—it looked rather run down compared to the images. Overall, the pictures give a different impression than what you actually see upon arrival, which felt misleading.On the positive side, the house is spacious, the floors were clean, and the host was responsive, which we appreciated.

Great Florida family house

We came for a family milestone birthday. The house was well equipped, good showers, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, and a nice warm pool. Our event was in South Tampa and the travel was easy.

Roomy Master!

We had a nice stay but found a few things we thought might be good to pass on... Pros: super big master suite! Open living room and kitchen are great for family gatherings. The pool was clean and warm! Cons: no kitchen towels, the grill looked too rusty to cook on, the bed nets pictured in the spare rooms were not there making those rooms very sparse and less inviting (string lights that didn't work over one bed looked like a teenager left them behind), there was no pergola or gazebo in the back and it looked much rougher than pictured... didn't even attempt the fire pit as it was just jauntily perched in the grass with no seating. The neighborhood looked unappealing but was fairly quiet and the yard felt private. We didn't take any walks and kept the doors locked when we left and didn't have any trouble. The kids room was small but had bunks and an additional trundle so perfect for littles.All in all we were thankful for the accomodations and especially the comfy master!

Great Place

We rented the home because my son was getting married and seffner. Home with only a few miles away from the wedding venue. It was clean, comfortable, and was absolutely as advertised. Easy check-in in owner was very Good about communicating everything. I would highly recommend this place

Family Wedding Stay

My family that included my husband, parents, aunt, uncle, cousins, and their daughter had the pleasure of staying at this rental for my brothers wedding and it was perfect. Phil answered all questions immediately and was so helpful. The pool was loved by my niece and the beds were comfortable. It was great having her whole family together in one place and we would love to rent this house agajn

Great home for family vacation

My family was pverall very happy with the house and amenities during our street. The owners were very quick to repsond also when we had any questions and were very helpful in general. We were there for my brothers wedding amd having the 3 bathrooms really helped with getting ready for the events.

Spacious and Clean

During our visit, we appreciated the spaciousness and cleanliness of the home, as well as the comfort of the beds. The only downside was the unheated pool. Nonetheless, the kids had a great time in the pool. The large backyard provided ample space for a pleasant barbecue and games of cornhole. Overall, the place suited our needs perfectly.

Fantastic!

Our family rented this home and felt completely relaxed and refreshed! Everything was immaculate, cozy, comfortable, and peaceful. It’s in a quiet, established neighborhood; a beautiful older home that has been completely renovated too-to-bottom. So beautiful, all amenities were included, affordable, and communication with the owner was seriously top-notch. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect team house with a great vibe

First off, let me give our host his flowers as he was very gracious and communicated in an impeccable fashion. He extended grace when one of my teammate's flight was delayed, provided some welcome snacks and generally was quickly responsive. The home was well stocked for a team with board games, washing powder already on site and plenty space. The pool was spacious and well kept. The fire table and pergula were comfortable and allowed for some fellowship as well. The house was just as expected and would recommend to anyone.
